Was happy to see chicharrones with the chips! As an appetizer, we got the oro verde and such an authentic flavor it had!
My husband got the Quesabirria tacos, and I got the enchiladas verdes. The tortillas were *chefs kiss* perfect! So fresh, fluffy, you would've thought they were flour. And the rice was made so savory and cookied to perfection. Amazing flavor jumping off the plate!! Lupia Rita drink was also tried, and it was balanced beautifully with citrus, sweet, and tequila! Hands down recommend!! We've found our favorite date spot in Temple! 🙌

Folks we cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. Hubby and I took a vacation this week, “a stay vacation “. We treated ours to breakfast out at Las Maria’s in downtown TempleTx. We are never disappointed! The food always fresh and delicious❣. Atmosphere so clean and fresh!! A must for good food.

Best Mexican restaurant in town. They make everything in-house, even the goat barbacoa, their biria is to die for, and the portions are good-sized. Everyone inside is kind and attentive, and they have an open kitchen so you can see what's going on.

I got the mini quesa tacos with biria and goat meat, and it was outstanding.

The prices can be a little on the higher side, but it's worth it. Give them a try!

Excellent place for breakfast, we got breakfast tacos and hashbrowns. Very reasonable prices ($2 for 2 ingredient taco), great taste, and fast service. Cold AC as well which is important in the summer!

Everything here was delicious, staff was phenomenal and nice relaxing atmosphere. My
Mom said her pina colada was 10 out 10. Highly recommend going here. The place was so unbelievably clean too!

My son took me there for Mother's Day breakfast! It was the first time I had been there, and the food was so good! Here I am thinking about it three days later. I am ready to go back for more! The atmosphere is very nice, good lighting, TVs with sports and news! Not everyone is into sports! The service was perfect, and nobody had to wait for anything! We had a great time we will certainly be back....

Quiet, cozy, family dinner night feel... food was absolutely amazing.. not only do they serve chip n salsa, but they have pork rinds....I am not a pork rinds person. ...90% store bought or whatever is salty as hell.... these were light, crunchy and honestly the best I've ever tried and paired perfectly with tue salsa..... everything fresh and flavorful

We visited the restaurant in a Sunday afternoon looking for a good place to eat. What we found was Las Maria’s. This restaurant has the best Mexican Cuisine in town. Food was delicious, service was great, it was a true delight!

This establishment is undoubtedly one of the finest locations in Temple to savor Mexican cuisine. Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and not excessively salty, contrary to some reviews. It brings me great joy to witness families uniting and establishing businesses. I kindly request your support for local businesses to aid in the revitalization of downtown Temple.

Had a delicious breakfast and side order of French toast. Beautiful dish display and flavor. Staff and atmosphere great. Will be going back to try lunch with some friends.

We got the Guac appetizer - cream cheese enchiladas & carne asada. It was great! The staff was super friendly too. Will def be coming back

Authentic Mexican flavor in every bite. We ordered the Chilaquiles rojos and they were amazing, good serving portions! Also the Empanadas are so yummy and their Queso guisado was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere of the place is very pleasing and such a great staff !!!

It was my first time visiting this establishment. The services is great. The margarita was exceptional and the food was excellent. I had a soup and I cannot remember the name, but it was just a broth and I’ve never had anything so well executed I could have that every day.

Have been here a couple times now and the food has been fantastic and fresh. The prices are very reasonable. I loved their enchiladas and lemonade.

Nice to have authentic Mexican cuisine and not just Tex Mex. I do love Tex Mex, but too many other restaurants only serve that, which makes Las Marias stand out. Excellent food!

Amazing!! We have been searching high and low for authentic Mexican food in Temple area and finally found it. Everything we tasted met our expectations. My husband had the mole enchiladas; tasty and spicy. I had the chicken fajitas which were seasoned perfectly, served on a cast iron platter, along with all the fixings. Their corn tortillas are to die for! Do try them! Because we love tortilla soup, we decided to try it as well. Did not disappoint! The exact ingredients that we expected in a good tortilla soup. This will be our favorite restaurant in Temple for sure. They don't have their liquor license yet, as they are dependent on the city permit office for that one. But it will be coming soon I'm sure. Many, many compliments to the kitchen and entire staff.
