Came in today because I needed a new battery for the company car. Was in a bind, however, Leslie who is one of the managers was a GREAT help. He knew exactly what needed to be done and got the old battery out and put the new one in. All in a timely manner. He even saved me $22 bucks for taking the old battery back! I would highly recommend coming to this Autozone if you are in the area!

The staff are extremely personable and very knowledgeable about your issues and needs. Always eager to help and go above and beyond to make your visit happy and worth it. Some friends have expressed having some negative experiences here but upon some investigation had realized the horrendous issues gave by the crew prior to those instances. The store has been with out a store manager for months now and as a unit, it seems to me they hold down the fort extremely well. And for no active district manager from what I've heard, the support they've gotten from other stores has been refreshing to see. Working together to help solve the issues of this close community's livelihood.

Great service and very helpful. Free tests and even replacement for some items you buy there.

I always have a great experience when going to this particular location.

The only thing I remember is the awkward silence. You need to install a stereo system for this store.

My husband and I came into the Plainfield location to get a new wiper blade and Roger knew the exact one we needed. My husband then asked him about how to fix it and he came out and put it on and realized the whole thing was lose and went in the store and got a tool to tighten it up. He was awesome!

Kevin N was a life saver! Our battery died on us and we pulled in with 15 minutes to close. Kevin was super helpful and pleasant and saved us from a long walk home.

Hugh shout out the the team of dedicated workers at the Plainfield store tonight!! They saved the day and my sister & I made it home safely with the purchase of a new battery!! THANKS TEAM!!

Slatter and Grim helped me install the head light bulb in my Prius. Very professional. I will return to that store for future auto parts.

I had a part I needed to test that required a little bit more knowledge than the average parts store, and they actually rigged up a battery to be able to check to see if my relay was working properly! Saved me from having to buy extra things that I would probably never use again. Thanks 4 the help!

Michael did such a great help with finding the right screw for my car plate. He also helped me to put my plate on and had all screws on. It sounds like a small problem, but for me, it was big. It took me three days to do it. I really appreciate his help and feel it is a great place shop. Thank you!!

I needed to have my car towed and they let me keep my car in their parking lot while I waited. This was a big help. The employees were kind and helpful. I didn’t need to buy anything in the store but they let me stay in the shop to keep warm and I saw that it was well stocked.

The store manager, I believe her name was Sara, was super helpful in replacing my battery. She went above and beyond replacing the cable from the alternator. Then noticed a leak in a vacuum hose and fixed that for me. Will definitely be back for all my car needs!

I went into Plainfield store, needed help installing windshield wipers. The lady employee came out and in less than 20 seconds, got them on. Wouldn’t take any money and she was super friendly. I ended up dropping off a treat. Thank you
