Excellent Monster Omelette. I loved it. My dad ate every bit of his French toast but he was disappointed that it was not thick bread. Loved the bright atmosphere and excellent service. Still not sure how two breakfasts and one coffee totalled $42 with tax and tip. I did not bring my receipt to double check. Still I highly recommend Real Food and I will definitely return.

Just passing thru town. Had a great meal with family sitting outside on patio. Our dog was able to sit out with us as well. Ate mostly breakfast items, food was great! Would recommend.

Great spot! The friendly team is always filling your coffee and taking good care of you. I've been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Great food all around. From the omelettes to the hash and even the lunch sandwiches it has all been good. I would recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself. I know I'll be coming here again.

Everything we tried there was fantastic. Large portions, good prices and nice atmosphere.

Brenna was our waitress on this out-of-town family visit, and she was fantastic! Our food was so delicious and so gorgeous!!! Hubby ordered the homemade biscuits and gravy that comes with a couple eggs. I ordered the Irish Eggs Benedict; with the tender corned beef, freshly wilted spinach, etc. They had sourdough as an option for toast, which my gut always appreciates! Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back! ➡And we added Brenna's name to our phone contact for Real Food Co.!!!! A+ Busy, clean, great staff!!!!!

Excited that I got to try real food cafe again on a brief trip to GR! The food certainly didn’t disappoint! As you can see I had bites of my food before remembering to take a picture 😂
Had the white chocolate blueberry pancakes which were a hit. Delicious, moist, fluffy and large!
Also had the monster omelette with white toast. I don’t know what it is but their toast tastes sooo good!
I also really like their corn beef hash and ordered some to go. So many good options on the menu I couldn’t go with just one thing.

The staff is friendly.
Food is excellent, portions are hearty. Pricing is reasonable as well.
Scrambled eggs were delicious. Pancakes are fluffy.
Perfect brunch spot !!

Great food. Always a line when we drive pass to Taco Boy. We gave it a try today and had a great taste meal. Will be coming back and need to try the bake goods.

Had the Breakfast Quesidillia and like it till the last bite.
And then i missed it.
Just the single use plastic containers for the salsa and the sour cream - thats not really neccessary anymore, especially for dine in guests

Pricing is reasonable. So we will for sure come by soon again.

I sat at the bar and Bob helped me out right away. I got my food and it looked and tasted great. I really loved the fries I got. The environment was stellar and had a good feel to it. Overall, enjoyed the place and will be back and recommend it.

We have loved the original Real Food Cafe on Eastern Ave for years. I was in the neighborhood, so I thought I would try the "new" location. It is a cute little shop, designed to look like a 50s diner. There is a seating area with tables and a counter with barsools to choose from. My favorite item is the Breakfast Monte Cristo. That is what I ordered, and it was delicious. Perfect! The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. It looks like they have successfully duplicated the high level of quality that is expected of Real Food Cafe. As is with the original location, they do not accept cards. CASH ONLY. So bring some spending dough, or they have an ATM available.

In Grand Rapids for the weekend we decided real food cafe instead of ihop, we wanted to support a mom and pop rather than a chain. Our food was fantastic, our waitress was great!

Great restaurant! Home made food and a really good menu. You usually have to wait awhile for a table but it is beyond worth it.

I have been here for breakfast several times without disappointment. The food is made of quality, fresh ingredients with great service. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. They're a little pricier than other breakfast joints, but it's well worth it!

Reasonable prices, fantastic food, and very friendly service. Their ginger molasses cookie is amazing, and the German chocolate cake is delicious. I enjoy stopping here when in town. Wish they weren't just breakfast and lunch.
