We were looking for a vehicle for our country living lifestyle; but we were also very skeptical about getting approved for any vehicle let alone something that would suit our needs for hauling anything. Well we met with Ed and he is Amazing and so down to earth, it was like we were just talking to another family member. He was very straight forward with us when we told him our credit history and that neither of us had ever had a loan. He told us what the chances and possibilities were and it alll depended on the Lenders. Well Ed did his Job and I must say he is good at his job. Jim and another young man helped me get out of my Kia that was stolen and just not what I wanted anymore to a nicer and newer car! They worked really hard to help me out when other places told me no. And I also brought the Kia from them and had for 2 years! Def recommend them

It had became a high priority for me to replace my beloved car, which I have had for a long time (coincidently also bought at a RightWay). I looked at various places, and decided to see what was available at RightWay. I wasn't sure I would find the one I wanted, but I did. I also didn't expect, that even if I did find the one I wanted, I would be driving it home a short time later. Ed was very helpful in taking me through the purchasing process, explaining each step, and answering my million questions. They were able the get me a very good rate, and fit within my budget, which I thought was going to be impossible. They made the process an easy and quick experience. I am happy with my new/used car.

My car blew a rod on my way home from work on Fri 3/3/23. I didn't know where to turn to get a new car. I wasn't really sure I could even get a car loan because I am self-employed. I found RightWay Auto in a Google search. I called and spoke to Ed about getting an appointment to see if I could be approved. I met with Ed Tusing at the Alpine location. He worked hard for me to get me approved. He found me an amazing car that suits my lifestyle and budget. He went over all the paperwork with me and explained everything to make me more comfortable with the car buying process. I took a test drive, loved it and bought a 2018 Buick Enclave. Only 15,000 miles on the car too. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely buy another car from them.
