Very well managed tire store. Awesome experience going there. Front desk staff to their Tire. Staff.had Brought a tire to them. Had a fix in 15 minutes. This was after I sat at Belle tire for over two hours, waiting on them to fix it. While my family is at the doctors office waiting on me to come back with the tire so that we can go home. I would not suggest going to Belle tire. Take your business to discount tire very satisfied. Thank you Discount tire

Always great experience when coming to this Discount Tire location. Particularly amazing service from Evan, he is super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly with all the customers. Definitely would highly recommend him and this Discount Tire for any of your tire and wheel needs!

I shopped at belle and made an appointment because tires weren't in stock that day. I stopped at Discount on my way home and was surprised when their similar (cheapest) tire was almost 100 dollars more OTD.

Mike V was the guy that took care of me, and he was extremely helpful. He adjusted the price to be equivalent to belle, and he included some extra stuff that I KNOW I would not have gotten at belle.

I worked as a tire guy at belle years ago, but they always treat me right. This time I'm very pleased to have stopped at discount. I was able to get my tires same day, and more.

Had a discrepancy with my bill. Talked to the manager about it and he totally made it easy on me and gave me a credit back without any question. Greatly appreciate his understanding. Totally great guy! Makes me want to go back and buy tires from them whenever needed.

This location of Discount Tires does a great job at some killer pricing. From the pricing to the installation they all do an excellent job. I’d highly recommend them.

Joe and the team were fantastic - I had a screw in my tire that I brought in and they fixed it for free within the hour at the end of the day!

By the way, I had purchased that tire at Belle Tire down the street on Plainefield prior and went to the the Belle Tire Plainefield location first, seeking help. Belle Tire refused to repair it because the tread depth was too worn (4/32" remaining) and offered to present costly replacement options. Belle Tire was not helpful!

Many thanks to Discount Tire for picking up the slack from Belle Tire. I plan to start seeing Discount Tire for my future tire needs. Discount Tire took great care of me!

Discount on Plainfield Ave. It was fast and easy. I got my tires rotated and replaced wiper blades. This was for a 10:15 a.m. appointment. Total was about 30 minutes.

All around great experience here! Found a nail in the sidewall of my tire when I got to work this morning and had to stop in without an appointment. Evan was beyond helpful and sent me home with a happy car, as well as a happy wallet!

Duaghter had a flat that needed to be replaced quickly, Evan took it upon himself to see that it was fixed quickly. Great service!

Stopped by to get a low tire filled and my valve stem cap wouldn’t come off. Spoke to someone who let me know that they could help but there would be a long wait. I have to work soon and was pretty worried. By some miracle they were able to fit me in, fix my issue and had me back on the road in no time. Thankful that they were able to hep me on such a busy day.

I had an awesome first-time experience getting new tires installed thanks to this location. Mike and the crew in the back installed my tires in 45 minutes, the online scheduling went smoothly, and they even gave me a heck of a deal for new sensors. Would definitely recommend!

I had a problem here when a smaller size than what I ordered was installed, 5 tires including the full-size spare. I believe how mistakes are made right with the customer perhaps means just as much as getting it right the first time. Jaysen, Jason, Kevin, Fred and Mike have all done a great job for me at this location. These guys work hard and have your best interest at heart! Thank you!!

We always buy our tires here. Today I utilized the free tire rotation & balance, same day service. The Manager, Kevin H., is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.

I had to replace a tire that couldn't be repaired. For safety sake I replaced 2 so that they would be equal. The crew got me in and out in 1 hour.
This is the only tire place that I go to. Greg,the manager, and his crew are fantastic. I have been their customer for years and will continue to. In my opinion, you can't go wrong by having your tire issues taken care of here.

Went in looking for snow tires. They had what I wanted in stock and at a better price than advertised on-line. The guy at the counter, Kent I think was his name, was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

In and out with four new tires and sensors in an hour by making an appointment online. I got 4 Michelin tires. Great customer service.
