My experience at Fox Kia North was amazing from the moment we called about a Kia Stinger to the moment we walked into the doors. Our salesman Isaiah was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. As we talked more about prices we got to meet the sales manager Brian, and the finance, and warranty guy Travis. Brian was great and worked with us on getting the vehicle to a price manageable for both of us. As far as the financing and warranty goes Travis worked hard and got us the best interest rate, as well as a good price on the warranty. he helped us complete everything to the best of his ability. The vehicle is great and we’re satisfied with all of the guys at the dealership that helped us throughout the entire process. If you’re thinking about going to this dealership. Don’t think twice. I’ve been to many dealerships and I’ve never ever been treated as well as I’ve been treated here. Thanks to Brian, Isaiah, and Travis.

Product Specialist Paige Vizard was great to work with and explained the features of the vehicle. The Business Manager Travis Watson did a great job explaining the additional coverages options and the benefits of each. Brand Manager Brian Koning and John Philips General Manager were great to work with on finalizing the sales price of the vehicle and trade-in value. It was a great experience and I'm very happy and glad that I choose to obtain my new vehicle from Fox Kia North.

Decided to go to the KIA dealership in Plainfield vs the one in Kentwood (closer to me) and it ended up being a great experience. Ron was 10/10 excellent. He helped me get the exact car I wanted without adding all those unnecessary fees and or up selling me on hopes and dreams. He was patient and nice helping me every step of the way. Miles in finance is also great he repeated and answered every question I had. Car dealerships can be so intimidating when walking into them as a woman but by the time I left out of there I felt comfortable in the decision and dealership I had went to. Everyone there did amazing, thanks KIA North.

I picked up a car from them about two weeks ago. I was in a bind because the motor went in my old car, and the vehicle I wanted I wanted would require a cosigner.
