Starbucks

I love this new location! Very nice. We ordered our coffee (no line!) and found places to sit. This location has more seating and is great for studying or meeting friends. As always, Starbucks coffee is always delicious. We were treated very well by the employees.

Super duper friendly staff, they are very engaging. We were talking so many things before my smooth pour-over arrived .
The pumpkin bread loaf is amazing , i will definitely recommend it, best eaten warm.
This is very close to my office , my go to spot for 3pm coffee cravings.
No drive through , but 2 parking spots for pickup 👍

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I recently became a regular weekly, almost daily, customer at the East Beltline & Knapp location.

In the two weeks I have been a customer, I have experienced excellent customer service, on a consistent basis. The consistency is what impressed me and which I am most thankful and grateful for. I am always welcomed with a smiling face (faces is more appropriate to say), a warm and kind greeting, and efficient and excellent delivery of my order. I never hear grumbling amongst the team, I never see bitter faces, and they all seem genuinely happy to be working there.

One of my favorite quotes is "Attitude reflects leadership, captain," (Remember the Titans movie) and that rings true with this team and their direct leader and upper management.

As I'm sure many are aware, the art of superb customer service has been dwindling and almost non-existent after the recent Covid-19 pandemic. To this day, I visit places as a customer and am met with bitterness, despair, hopelessness, and an attitude from the team that conveys a sense of frustration that I even bothered to come in and give them my business. It is a joy to experience such stellar customer service at this location.

I've been in management/leadership roles for 7 years and have 15 years of customer service experience in the retail space, and now in administration. I know great talent when I see it and it was important to me that this team get the kudos and high congratulations and affirmation they deeply deserve!

Great new Starbucks! Everything was clean and orderly👍🏻 the baristas were excellent! Ordered the caramel brulee holiday coffee..will be back for more☕

The girl that worked that day had excellent suggestions to make a refresher drink taste better. She was very nice.

The manager running it knows his stuff. Great customer service and he even covered my
drink when the app was wrong and said I had a free drink available.

I must have walked in at the end of a mid day rush, because as my drink was finishing, the manager came out and told the entire staff great job, how proud they was of them, and how well they did! You don't hear that often anymore. And as a customer, I truly appreciated it! I've worked customer service in the past and knew how valuable words like that can be.

In short, 12/10. Quick, efficient, and inviting. My new go-to location.

Now for my still-half-asleep rambling to recognize team members:

I normally go to a different Starbucks that's a little closer, but after the storm/tornado, their hours have been affected. Today I went to get my girlfriend coffee from the Celebration location and now I think I'll go to this location exclusively. I've never seen that kind of energy and atmosphere, especially at 8am. I wish I got names to recognize individual team members, but the woman that took my order was lovely and sweet. The only man working there this morning either LOVES his job or should be winning Oscars. Everyone was communicating and working efficiently with a smile on their face, drinks were flying out quickly, and they all worked with the confidence of seasoned veterans braving the morning rush. The man was interacting with all of the customers while slinging jokes and brightening everyone's morning. It was like watching an expert bartender at a trendy NYC lounge combined with a radio personality in the heyday of XM. He had me thinking every single customer was a regular that he's known for a decade with how personable he was. All in all, the whole team was excellent and convinced me return whenever I'm in the mood for coffee.

I came to pick up my mobile order and totally spilled someone else's drink. Rory was so quick to come to my rescue and clean it up. They were so calm, patient, and assuring. They were so nice to their coworker to re- make the drink. Mind you, this is during a rush with loud kids in their way. As well as me who was frantically trying to clean it up around them lol. Thank you so much, Rory! Your energy, and customer service is appreciated!

I have been going to this Starbucks since I moved to Grand Rapids almost five years ago and I always feel like I'm walking into a local coffee shop and not a branch store. The baristas are so friendly and personable and they're always suggesting what to get and what not to get. I don't get there much more since I moved after college but I know that whenever I do go, I'll be welcomed back with open arms.

Caught up with an old friend over an iced chai tea latte. Great spot to sit and chat 😊

This is a long overdue review as I’ve been coming to this location frequently for probably 7 or 8 years. The staff is always friendly and on top of things. Today I messed up my own order and without blinking an eye the barista (may have been the manager) made it right. If you like Starbucks, this is a great location and atmosphere. (Grand Rapids, MI Celebration Village location)

The new location has a great atmosphere! It is a great place to go to study, read, or work on your laptop.

Putting a review up for one of a bagillion Starbucks out there seemed a little odd, but the staff here is so incredible that it felt needed. Incredibly friendly and the amount of information that they know about there customer base shocked me! This place has more of a "small town coffee shop" vibe than any coffee shop I have visited in west Michigan and I will purposely drive out of my way to hit this place up.

Better and friendlier service than I’ve ever gotten, even at the tiniest mom and pop coffee shop. Krystal is especially amazing. It sounds dramatic, but— Best Starbucks experience of my life.

Very friendly, personable staff, which is not what I typically find at Starbucks. They remember their regulars' names.

Brandon is the best! He has a great attitude and keeps everyone waiting in line positive and entertained. If he isn’t the manager, he should be!

I went at a busy time & knew there would be a wait.. was not in a rush. I was so impressed by the teamwork of the baristas! They were checking on each other and how they were doing over all & hyping each other up with positive words of encouragement while they worked their bums off during a rush. Made me smile! Didn't wait long either and heard others waiting say the same.. especially the baristas positive teamwork! Keep it up!

This location has the friendliest, most helpful employees out of any other location in the area. When they get busy or backed up, they keep everything running smoothly and you can tell they really care!

This is by far the best run Starbucks in the area. The wait is never ridiculous, they are organized and kind, definitely worth parking and getting out of the car (no driveway) than waiting forever and being frustrated elsewhere! Been coming here for years and the staff is always fantastic!
