Sarah Ruth is a star here, I did come almost before they closed but she still had a great attitude and gabe me lots of Taco Bell sauce. Literally one of my best experiences at this Taco Bell.

I've seen and heard people complain about this location having rude staff, but I have always had a wonderful experience in all the years I've come here. I don't come very often, but I'd say once a month, different times of day. I have always been greeted, thanked, and gotten smiles. Maybe some of the people who complain should consider how they were treating the staff to begin with. I have always been patient and polite, especially when they're busy. Maybe that's the difference. But anyone can have a bad day. I guess I've just always been there on good days. As usual my food was great this morning like always, and the lady that finished my order at the counter this morning at 8:14 was very kind and her genuineness and politeness was a wonderful start to my day. I appreciate you ladies and gentlemen so very much, and I will see you again!

Great customer service and very attentive to their customers. The gentleman at the drive through window was excellent and has great customer service management skills.

Look, if you’re considering Taco Bell you know what the food is like. Plentiful, relatively cheap, consistent between restaurants, and a taste you can live with. We’re not debating Michelin stars here.

The staff was friendly, the food was served quickly and hot, the trash was emptied while we were in the place. Drink machine had ice.

If you prefer ordering without interacting with a human there are a couple kiosks available. Drive through was steady but not backed up at seven pm on a Thursday.

Food's always hot and fresh very nice service and these hard times it's nice to see people that are in a good mood at their job

The staff here is very friendly. They always go the extra mile on service. I'm disabled and have a hard time getting around. They bring my order to me and check at least twice for drink refills. This is the only place I've been where this is constantly done by all the staff. It's great especially since they don't have to. They also don't have problems with special orders. It's always clean on top of everything else. Who ever is in charge is doing a good job of training their staff.

Even though they were understaffed backed up they managed to get a lot of orders completed in a good amount of time. If you were the Karen there tonight please don’t come back, you were rude and very inconsiderate towards the workers.

Very quick and precise during the dinner rush. They were extra helpful when my car died in the drive thru. They tried to Jumpstart it and helped push it out of the way when that didn't work. They ran the drive thru seamlessly as my car was directly in the way. They made sure the people behind us were taken care of and got their food. The employee's were awesome and had great people skills. I can't say the same for the manager who was in the building at the time. He was not, he didn't commend the amazing job his employees performed. Even with the crisis my car dying caused that team worked together and pulled off the beginning of their dinner rush. Great job yall! You are Rockstars!

I had a few back to back bad experiences at this location, and gave up going there. Tonight we decided to have Taco Bell and I didn’t feel like driving across town so I tried this location again, and I’m SO thankful I did! They have all different staff since the last time I went and it was absolutely amazing! The girl who took my order was so sweet! I wish the world was full of people like her🥰 Thank you so much Shiraye for the amazing experience 💕

The cleanest bathroom I have seen at a taco bell ❤ gal at register total sweetheart ❤ and the food was perfect...I can't thank you guys enough! Good job! Honestly...I'd be the first to complain. Again I am impressed.

The staff was very courteous and professional. Luckily for me I was still able to order what wanted. They were out were out of the small soft tortillas. I'm not aware if they have issues with running out of items since I haven't been regularly.

A little over 16 years ago, I was born in the parkinglot of this location. Ever since then, Taco Bell has been an important part of my life, and it always makes for an interesting party story. Taco Bell has a special place in my heart as my birth place, and I will always love the franchise. I have yet to visit, but one day I will. Five stars to this place

Fast, friendly, and delicious, I just hope that the locations in Killeen TX take a note from the one in temple TX, on how to treat people

They've never messed up my order. The lettuce is never wilted. There's never a long wait. This is actually a pretty great Taco Bell.
