God bless that woman in the drive thru! Made my whole night! I’ll never go to another Taco Bell!

Very polite quick to make order had 20 bean n cheese 🌯 burritos 2 large wild strawberry slushy like drinks they had all done less then 10 minutes and they recognized my military service which was the best part that they are taught to respect veterans very few places do.

This Taco Bell is better than it's ever been. The wait time is faster, the food is made well, the employees are so nice and patient.

I want to know....and this has nothing to do with the service. Is the neighbor chatting with the drive through? What's up with the head hole in the fence? It doesn't affect my patronage; I just laugh every time I see it and imagine a home improvement/taco bell situation.

This Taco Bell has gone up in quality and efficiency. The manager Jim seems to have organized and changed the restaurant for the positive. He's the best manager there and I was glad to see him today! Thanks for a good lunch and good experience!

The food was decent, but the employees were top notch. We stopped in about 8pm on 11-8-21 and the 3 employees we interacted with were so friendly and accommodating. We just don't see that very often anymore and wanted to point it out.

Great service and I love the food! At times can be slow but the friendliness of the employees and the accuracy of the food makes the wait worth while! 😊 Aaron is the best manager there!! Food was fresh and tasty. I always get everything exactly how I ordered it at this location. Staff at the drive thru window is usually always friendly. Sometimes there is a long wait for food, but I don't mind that since my order is always fresh, hot, and accurate. FYI.. If you preorder online, the service can be quicker.

Quick friendly service. Drive through is always busy but they are very efficient & the line moves very quickly. Compared to other fast food restaurants they have the best drive through system (all locations) quick, efficient with friendly service without mistakes in your order.

They are trying so hard with a smaller staff. With the dining area closed they are pushingeverything through the app for orders and the drive thru. Service is actually around average times now because they eliminated portions of the menu to accommodate the rush.

Its honestly rare to find a tacobell in PGH that can do what some may even say is impossible, get your order right. Lol but forreal shoutout to the boys and girls at TB newken

I stay going here late I night lol! Favorite place to go tack Johnny always makes sure my night trips are always great. Service is never wrong, order is hot and fresh always! Thank you night shift!! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely wonderful! I have never had a better experience with a fastfood place. My food was hot. Without the extra wait. Everything was made to perfection. They even had little premade packs with napkins and sauces. The customer service was excellent! It was truly a great drive thru experience.

I have a non explainable love for Taco Bell in NK. I've been coming here since 16yrs old. The food never makes me sick, it appears to always be clean, and although the drive thru always has a line, you get serviced pretty fast.

Their breakfast is amazing. Love is put into every order. You may have to wait longer, But it is so worth it. The staff is very friendly and they never get your order wrong. Trust me, I eat here mutliple times a week.

Usually a Taco Bell Soft Shell Supreme Taco is forgettable. Not this time. My taco was easily the size of a burrito. This has firmly cemented this particular Taco Bell as the best Taco Bell and the only one I'll go to moving forward.

Best Taco Bell around the area. Fast service, orders are always correct and tasty. Great selection and specials. They have some of the friendliest employees I've ever encountered... especially for a fast food restaurant.

Whoever the guy at the window is with the venom tattoo, you my friend deserve a raise. Great sense of humor and does his job to appease customers. 10/10 just because of that drive thru experience.
