Came by to see what was wrong with my oil. They were about to close but one of the managers came out and found the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. I asked what I owed and his response was "have a nice day". Its hard to find an honest mechanic shop these days let alone finding one that they also have genuinely nice employees. I HIGHLY recommend this shop! 👌

From the start of the visit(On 9/13/22), I was greeted by Bryan and Brandon! They were friendly and made you feel like family. I was there for an oil change, and to get 4 new tires installed on my Subaru Impreza. They made this very easy and seamless. I was only there for about an hour and I received quality work! I will definitely be back because of those two gentlemen! Professional, fast, and friendly! If you want to get your car worked on, go see them!

Came here today to get my inspection checked and they are just fantastic! Felt like home because they're just so warm and welcoming. I had to send my insurance card by email and it was taking a while, but they made things comfortable and assured me that there was no crazy rush; they had time and wanted to make sure I wasn't feeling rushed or like an inconvenience. Everyone was just super friendly and efficient. They got my car right in and took care of business! :) I will be back yearly for my inspection checks, absolutely! Highly recommend!!

Needed a new tire (so I thought) was met at the front by Brian. He was helpful and friendly ended up having a good chat. They patched the tire and this saved me a lot of money. The entire staff was friendly, there was a younger guy that answered some questions I had, but I didn’t catch his name. Thanks for the swift and honest service.

1 word. AMAZING. I had an issue with my brakes and within 10 minutes, my car was in the garage and being looked over. Sean and Dan were extremely kind and very helpful. They explained every little detail so I could understand exactly what was going on, because, let's be real. Car terms aren't my strong suit. I understand that this location is under new management. Let me just say, they seemed very comfortable, considering it's a new place for them. So happy with how everything turned out! Will definitely be coming back! Thanks guys!

I have been getting service at this location since it opened. These mechanics are always, friendly, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, fast and on time. Today I had Daniel as my mechanic and he was very nice, fast and knowledgeable. He made honest recommendations for my truck's maintenance without feeling pressure to get additional services. They have great service deals too and I recommend this Monro for your vehicle needs.

I came in for muffler repair. They gave me estimates for the time and cost of the job. It was exactly what they told me. I didn't have an appointment, but they took me in and provided speedy service. The manager was honest, fair, involved, and friendly.
Since they are a one-stop-shop and their customer service and quality work are excellent, I plan to come back for any more jobs that I need done.

Took my car in for new wheels and an alignment on 6/19/2018. It turned out that my brake pads also needed replaced; they were swift and diligent about informing me of this issue and updating my estimate. The staff was very friendly, informative, and kind throughout the entire process and their affordable pricing helped me in ways they may not even know. Also, even though they close at 7pm, my car was not finished until a little after closing. A staff member stayed on site for a few minutes so that I could pick up my car and have it for work in the morning.

I will absolutely be returning for additional work that I would like done to my vehicle and would recommend them to friends/family in the area.

Bryan helped me with my inspection and emissions. Had me in and out in no time as well let me know I needed to look in to breaks sooner rather than later. Very professional and great service.

Great service all around! Dan is a great guy and makes your wait feel shorter. The waiting area is very clean. I've been going to this location for a few years now and I really enjoyed talking to Brian and heard he moved to a different shop and I wish him luck.
