The best Wendy's has. Very consistent. Every state I've been in I can always count on Wendy's being quality and predictably dependable. No, the fries are not ALWAYS HOT AND CRISPY. But, they will make it right.

I don’t know if it was just that I went at the perfect time, or what? But my order was beyond perfect! I ordered the Bourbon Burger with no bun, and my O GOD was it AMAZING!! Bacon was soooooo crispy! Sauce was perfect! My other sandwich for later looks good also! I am like wow, am I sure this was Wendys!!!!?!!?

This review is very special to me. Let me explain. I went through the drive thru today 4/26 after 1 pm. I have severe mental health issues so one wrong answer in my eyes could be a bad situation. New to the app, I had already known I messed up a coupon pulling up to pay. He tried to add the fries and it didn’t work, I immediately without hesitation said “well can you get someone who can override it?”. I didn’t mean to say this. I had no control of the words. You know what the (I assume manager) did? Just danced through it and we started laughing together. When you choose to work with the public (unknowingly to peoples mental health), you’re held at a higher standard than I would be as the customer and this man demonstrated that perfectly and he may have not even knew it. Also the girl who was up front with him has beautiful eyes. That’s all. You guys rock always!

I have never had a complaint about Wendy's. Even though the lines are long and sometimes its wrapped around the building and onto the road.

The staff here is amazing! They get everyone through very quickly and efficiently.

Food was good, but drive-thru was too slow. Also, Wendy's prices have gotten out of hand.

This location was very nice, and clean. All the employees I could see had masks on properly. The food was hot when served. The girl at the drive-thru window was polite, and friendly. (unlike the harmarville location, anyone who's been there knows what I'm talking about).

Every once in a while they make honest mistakes by forgetting something or messing up an order but overall, they are normally always accurate and the food is hot and good. The orders are always out very fast. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of their employees are unprofessional. Once I ordered a plain burger with no cheese and they put everything on it. I'll admit that I was already in a bad mood and got angry with them but one of the employees go so angry that he threatened to fight and threw the burger across the store. I was so appalled. Other than that horrible experience, the service is normally great.

Very clean store done in a minimal fashion. The bathrooms were spotless too. Comfortable seating, and power make this an ideal restaurant to bring one's laptop with one to get work done over lunch or dinner. One of my favorite fast food restaurants as the meat actually tastes like meat. Be sure to check out their app for deals.

Normal I avoid Wendy's even though I love their food BUT this location is AWESOME! They were fast and the food was hot and fresh! It was dinner time to boot! I will go out of my way to get to this Wendy's.

It's a wendys... They don't mess up your order, and they have friendly employees. Drive thru takes a little longer but it's called "patience".

This Wendy's is the best! Great service, always friendly, super fast, fresh food! Whoever runs this Wendy's does a fantastic job. The workers deserve a raise!

I was in the drive thur line approximately 8 cars in front very fast service and I always get what I ordered must be go employees and a great evening manager
