McDonald's

Not sure if this was a fluke, but those was the best nuggets i had in years, checking back next week if still that good will update. update, 100% best nuggets out of any McDonald's I have had. not sure why, surprisingly still good. they just do it different there

It's a McDonalds, it's food is fast food. The interior, though is super comfy and nuce looking. Bathrooms are always clean. Generally one of the better fast food places I've been to.

Very busy drive through but moves right along,service excellent , food great.

I hadn't been her in a long while. Imagine my surprise when I had to order and pay at a kiosk. I am somewhat tech savvy and figured it out but it did take a few minutes. The food, I got breakfast, was hit & greasy good, as expected.

This is the BEST McDonald's in the area. I live in New Ken & the closest McDonald's is in Lower Burrell. That McDonald's is dirty, staff is rude & food not prepared properly. The McDonald's franchise owner in Natrona Heughts should buy the store in Lower Burrell. The Natrona Heights McDonald's staff is friendly, efficient, the food great & the store is spotless. You should get 6 stars!

Drive thru order. Got my order correct, they were very efficient and in a good mood.

We had a super large order. They did a good job of getting it for us quickly and accurately.

I mean, it's McDonalds. We all know what we are going to get when we go there. Consistent fast food. I got a bag of sausage mcmuffins since we had company and we just felt like something quick and familiar. This fit the bill. Delicious.

The crew is great and produces good food. Haven't had anything messed up in my orders. They also have good deals very often for more food than what you would normally get. Plus the ice cream machine is never broken.

One of the best run McDonalds I've been to. They are consistently quick with your order, get the order right and the food is well prepared. Great management and staff working here. Even more impressive when you see how bad some other locations are.

I walked in the McDonalds and to my surprise it's nice and spacious and CLEAN. Customer service was awesome and food is delicious, fresh, moist and juicy as far as the hamburger meat. Fries were well cooked and fresh. My experience was great. Some ther McDonalds be trashy and dirty. Not this one.

The food was hot and fresh. The employees were all friendly and the restaurant was clean.

The manager has been there for 30 years since I was five years old, a local stable for parents that need happy kids to shop. After renovation, things were a disaster for morning coffee runs however they have ALWAYS been more than happy to give free coupons, receipts, donate to charity, and the place is now exceptionally clean and smooth running. This is how a privately owned/operated franchise should work and all transition can be problematic, but they remember your names and are always pleasant.
If you order isn't ready immediately, they will have you pull a few feet forward or park and rain or shine, within a few minutes the manager himself will run out and serve you with discounts, extra sundae and burger coupons, and even happy mill toys!

Who doesn't love McDonald's the lovely young lady who took my order was fantastic the food was quick service was great and of course the food was good I mean it is McDonald's so I would definitely recommend this place to anybody but in all reality who really hasn't eaten at McDonald's if you live in this town I'm sure you've been there definitely recommend it

The one in Natrona Heights is pretty good other than the accident trap created on Freeport Road from the drive through line being so long ALL THE TIME LOL. They've messed up my order a couple times but not very often and they always fix it. This place gets 5 stars because let's be honest, it's not the Natrona Heights BK..that place is a nightmare

There is nothing worse than eating breakfast Egg Mc muffin and taking a bite and getting egg shell and it was in more than just one bite this happens to me about 80% of the time

Cashier was polite and friendly. Order was accurate, and portion sizes were great. French fries could have been warmer and fresher, but that's alright.. I understand how it is.

Drive thru was quick, cashier friendly, had to wait for my special order but they have designated spots to pull into which is nice. Food was good although the burgers are usually messy with ketchup coming out sides and uncentered, but overall good place.
