After numerous times of calling customer service at AT&T to make changes to our account failed, we visited the store at the New Kensington location and finally, with Kaiti's assistance, we were able to accomplish what we couldn't through our phone calls to AT&T. Thank you for all your help Kaiti!

We would like to recognize this store for working diligently to help resolve an issue with a phone we purchased from someone that hadn’t gotten unlocked beforehand. They did all they could do and more than most to try to resolve the issue without us needing to contact the previous owner to call previous provider to have it unlocked. Even though it was necessary to contact the previous provider to have it unlocked. We would like to thank Chris and Shawn/Sean.

Colt was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Upgraded two phones in less than an hour. Store also has better hours than the Pittsburgh Mills store that is only a few miles away

I was in the market for a new phone. I have had an iPhone for years and definitely knew that is what I wanted. I was greeted when I walked in the store by all employees that worked there. Zach was very helpful. He showed me all the options of iPhones and helped switch service over from Boost. I am very pleased and he even offered direct tv as well. I am a very happy customer.

Jake and Colt were awesome. Helped us get 4 devices, corrected accounts and some killer deals. Recommend everyone come in and ask for these guys.

I had pre-ordered a Samsung S22 in store with Chris, but unfortunately when it shipped it was lost with FedEx. I went back to the store and Chris and Colt both helped me through the process of getting a new phone to me as painlessly as possible. Thanks guys!
