Heritage village

I've lived here since 2014, and it's come a long way since then. A few changes in management, and everything is running smoothly now. Maintenance fixes stuff in a timely manner, staff is friendly and helpful, and they've even fixed the potholes in the parking lot.

Went tonthe office and was greeted well. It was much appreciated. Skylar was suoer helpful and greeted me with a wonderful smile and great energy each time i visited. The premises looks clean and peaceful.

Staff very friendly and professional. Work orders get done fast. Older place. But Clean. 1 bd room 560 a month. Not fancy but nice.

This apartment complex has gotten so much better, Ashley you rock you are truly the best thing that's ever happened here.

I paid my rent today and they have great service.

I been living here for 21/2 yrs I can honestly say they been so good. Amazing complex management. I have no complaints at all.

This is an older property and with age comes repair problems. Combined with a limited repair budget, manager turnover and difficulty finding maintenance repair employees you will probably experience problems. The rent relects the problems, that is, the rent is low. If you get lucky and have no problems all will be basic but okay. All apartment complexes face similar issues and experience employee problems. New construction has fewer problems and looks much nicer but with higher rent.
