4 Hundred Apartments

I moved to the 400 apartments about 2 years ago when it was called "The Kensington".
They had had some issues in the past but upon a management change and I believe possibly new ownership, the complex has experienced "new life"!
They have updated the color scheme and made many renovations. My apartment could use some work but as an adult who is aware that everyone is experiencing setbacks that are related to the pandemic, I understand that things happen in due time. Over all, the "new" situation is very positive.
It seems that most people are trying to make the environment better for everyone. If your looking for a great place to live at a very affordable price, you've come to the right place!

I've recently moved here the apartments are being renovated inside and out. I have a two bedroom one bath that has been totally renovated all new appliances floors base boards paint new exterior doors and double pane windows very nicely done. They are continually updated until all apartments are done. Friendly staff and maintenance personnel.

I've been here for a couple months now and I've not had any issues. I have a 1 bedroom place and it is plenty big enough for myself and my dog.. The renovations are great and the staff are super friendly! Rent is reasonable and coming from AZ, it is above and beyond what is offered where I am from. Thankful to be here. :)

One a kind community the plus the exceptional and personal attention your given in looking for a new residence. The office personnel made me welcome an explain all aspect concerning from the amount of the price and location best suited to your needs ie. Handicap or wheelchair accessibility the laundry,mailroom out door accomadation when seasonally premitted pool plus the internet friendly portal located in the spacious club house that is available upon request for planned guest function the maintence crew provide great service when there's a repair requested very well kept lawn service and excellent pest control that does monthly pest control monitoring take from me You can feel right at home in any of floorplans come by and your our community once you do Your going feel right at home . Ask for Brittany or come by and see why were not just another apartment Get to know why the 400 is becoming a new standard in leasing located near the shopping district and the medical district offers world renown care along side some of best food eateri myes in town and petm friendly. Come and know why were apart from the rest.

Great place to live. I've been living @ 4 Hundred Apartments for 5 years. Safe, quite, convenient. I'm a Disabled Veteran that don't drive and everything is in reach. Wal-Mart, VA Hospital, Scott and White Hospital, Summit Gym, Temple College, etc. And New Managment that is improving the area.

I just recently moved here but so far the staff has been super nice and helpful and the apartments are so nice. They really have out done themselves. Everything is. Brand new on the inside. It’s a quiet peaceful place to live. Anyone looking for an apartment , I highly recommend 4 Hundred Apartments.

I really enjoy the area and the device is fantastic. Any issues with the unit, the staff is always there to help and fix the problem. The upgrades are really nice and is very well worth it. Thanks 400 apartments for making living so comfortable....Robert

Lynlee was more than helpful and provided me with peace of mind, from the tour to the lease signing. Definitely worth it! The unit is very clean and upgraded as well; I’m sure I will enjoy my living at The 4 Hundred.

Unfortunately, I was not able to rent here due to it being fully leased, but Reagan was so helpful. I was greeted with a smile and respect. She even let me tour the properties model unit. At the time, I am placed on their waiting list...and hopefully will be able to rent here in the Fall.

Been here a little over a month now and I don’t have any problems. It’s quiet and close to work. Nice neighbors as well. Will update if anything changes.

I have lived here for a yr and a half. Since new ownership took over things are SO much better!! Management is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to fix things and help. We really like it here!!

I have been very impressed with my stay here. The staff are always courteous if I have any questions. Very happy about new air conditioner

Thank for new management! Since the take over things have improved - especially the response time of office and maintenance calls. Brittney is awesome..
