I lived here for two years and I can't say anything but good things about this complex. The office staff is so sweet and helpful. The maintenance crew is always courteous and they get things done in a timely manner. Everything is well kept and well taken care of. Pricing is fair for location and amenities. They even will have events for the residents. I would highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for almost three years. The apartment is nice and comfortable, but the property management is out of this world. Any concern we have is taken seriously, all of our questions are answered quickly, and maintenance is stellar. In a world where landlords ghost their tenants, Wildwood stands out. Also, very animal friendly!

Excellent Staff. Laura the manager is one of a kind Lady goes above and beyond for her residents. Edward and Ashley are very much an asset, very helpful and professionally courteous!! Amazing group!!!!!

The Wildwood apartment complex offers a great living experience with well-kept grounds, modern amenities, and a convenient location. The spacious floor plans give plenty of living space, and the on-site gym and pool provide recreation and relaxation. The management team is quick with maintenance and keeps the place safe. Plus, being close to shops and restaurants adds to the appeal of living at Wildwood apartments.

I've been here for a few months now and it's been amazing! The maintenance team is super nice and quick, and the units are always clean and look good for their age. The pools are also really nice and well-maintained. Plus, there's plenty of storage and cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen. the covered parking is also such a great perk! Only complaint would be the bumpy parking lot but I’ve gotten used to it haha. Love it here and won’t be moving out anytime soon!🌟🏊‍♂🚗

I've been living at Wildwood for the past two months, and I must say that so far, it's been a very enjoyable experience. I have had more significant interactions with the management and maintenance staff at this apartment than I did at my last one; where I resided for over two years. Ashley, the assistant community manager, does an amazing job and has been incredibly kind and understanding throughout the process of showing the apartments, submitting an application, signing a lease, and moving in. Now living here for a little bit now, I Can confidently say that all the staff is incredibly helpful and the maintenance team is effective and timely. Considering how long this complex has been operating, the units are kept in excellent condition. Compared to other flats in the area, the cost is also extremely reasonable given the current state of the economy. Overall, I've had an amazing experience and I am proud of where I live!

I have been living at Wildwood Apartments for almost 2 years now and I can say that I have never been happier. The front office staff are very courteous and friendly. The maintenence personnel get the work orders completed promptly and efficiently. Am proud to say that I am a resident at Wildwood Apartments.

Living here for the past couple months have been great. The community is very friendly and the the pet friendliness is exceptional. I am very pleased with the area and notice efficiency. The staff here does an excellent job at what they do. Couldn't imagine finding a better place for me and my pup to live.

Me and my wife have lived at Wildwood apartments for around 18 months and we are very pleased with our landlords, maintenance, and price. All of our maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. The staff here at Wildwood has also been here for quite some time and are very kind and professional. The location of Wildwood is also great as West Adams Avenue has lots of fast food, an emergency clinic, Walmart, and plenty of options for coffee.

I’ve been living at wildwoods for a few years now. They continuously try to improve the community! This past year they remodeled our bathrooms and they are stunning. They have prompt communication and like to engage with their residents. Some days in the Summer they bring in a snow cone truck for the residents!

Ms. Laura and Ms. Ashley are the best management I have had the pleasure of working with. I have not stayed at this community but I do work there quite often and it is one of the nicer of temple tx

Wildwood Apartments has been my family's home for going on 10 years, and I hope to continue calling it home for at least a few more. I cannot say enough good things about the staff- they always have a friendly, helpful attitude!! Maintenance is great too, every work order we've ever placed has been fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Wildwood goes out of their way to create a sense of community with various events and activities for both kids and adults.

Me and my husband have lived at Wildwood apartments for around 3 months and we are very happy with Wildwood as a whole. All of our maintenance requests have been taken care of. The staff here at Wildwood are very kind and seem to really care about the tenants. Wildwood is in the perfect spot- there are so many things going up on West Adams. You are less than 10 minutes from most things you could need! We love it here!

Very friendly quiet and spacious apartments with water included can’t beat that anywhere now and days! 2 pools 7ft deep a 24 hour gym and laundry 1.75 to wash and dry clothes. Different unit styles balconies, walk in closets and more ! Please visit WildWood if your ever in Temple area.

Wildwood apartments offers a great living experience for its residents. With many luxurious amenities, such as a clubhouse, volleyball court, weight room, and two pools, it is an ideal community to live in. Its pet-friendly environment with dog parks and pet stations adds to the appeal of this community. The staff and management are also excellent and provide great service, making Wildwood apartments a great option for apartment living.

I’ve only lived here a short time—around 8 months—and it has been the best experience ever. I am graduating and moving back home but this is definitely a place I would recommend. The staff are super welcoming and friendly and they host events to engage and bring the community together. My family and I love it here and are sad to go :(

I almost never want to move anywhere else. I moved to Wildwood after living in “luxury” apartments for a year and have had a much better experience. The management at Wildwood is so kind. They are truly there to help you with anything they can. I love how straight forward and knowledgeable the apartment managers are! I never feel confused and am always happy to communicate with them. My apartment itself has just the right amount of space I need. Everything works great, and if maintenance is ever needed, they show up fast! I will always recommend Wildwood!

Living here for the past 2 years has been quite the delight! The area is quite lovely as well! And they are always willing to work with you whenever life decides to throw a curve ball your way! Lol

I lived here back in 2019 and it was truly a blessing. The apartments are well-maintained and affordable. I loved my experience there. If I hadn't moved out of Temple, I'd probably still live at Wildwood and if I ever move back they'd be the first on my list. Staff and neighbors were friendly and it's located closer to the newer side of town which is nice! I highly recommend and I'm grateful I had the chance to live there!

Couldn’t be happier here. Management is amazing (cake topper they love my kids and our frenchie) whenever I need Maintenance it’s fixed in such a timely manner, they let you know when anything is being done with plenty time to prepare for our dogs etc. definitely glad we moved in !
