These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff and management are super nice and always helpful. The apartments are very clean, super affordable, and have great floor plans. And I Love the big storage closets on the patio. The maintenance team is great as well! I don’t have a bad thing to say about encore landing. I have lived here a little under a year and my boyfriend has lived here for 3 years. The only reason we’re leaving is because of my job, but we will miss these apartments!

What can I say? 5/5⭐ and such an amazing place to call home!

I'll base this off of living at this property for the last 3 years. My wife and I leased a 3 bedroom on the top floor overlooking the countryside. The apartment is quiet and the neighbors respect quiet hours here. It's an amazing community. The staff is friendly, helpful, and hospitable. They host a ton of events. The property is clean and very well managed and maintained. The pool and grill area are very well thought out, and the gym is functional. I'm glad we decided to live here and call this place home. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in Temple.

Kirby, Laci, Wesley are absolutely phenomenal! My wife and I have lived here since February and have had no issues. Always providing activities for the community to be involved in and are always on top of everything. Highly recommend!!

The maintenance and the management are awesome. Maintenance is fast and efficient and we are totally impressed. The whole management team stays on top of things and you can trust that they have you in mind when making changes to this complex. They are great in planning and directing to achieve a project or goal. This morning a team of restoration services and maintenance were quick to respond to the aftermath of the tornado. We were impressed. Thank you to everyone at Encore.

I lived at Encore Landing for 2 years and they have been pretty awesome years. The apartment community always clean. The staff always polite and willing to help. The gym and pool amenities were always clean and comfortable. I don’t have a dog but the dog parks within the apartment community always looked to be in use. No complaints. It’s been real nice but since having a baby we outgrew our space. I definitely recommend Encore Landing for anyone looking for a nice place to live. Thanks Hope and team!

So sad that I had to move. If you’re planning to move to temple this is the place to stay very clean and they keep up with maintenance. The front office is very understanding and helpful never once have I had a problem with the office of the 2 years I lived here. I know people that lived in other places in temple and only heard bad things about the leasing office but not here. I will truly miss living here best experience I’ve ever had living here.

60 day review. Very nice complex. Well lit at night. Dog parks are well equipped. My apartment is very nice. Got a full sized w/d, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. They keep the grounds nice and clean. The pool is in need of major TLC. Guess it was closed most of the summer due to a bad pump. The gym is very basic. But has an excellent supply of dumbbell, Kettle bell, basically a mini cross fit area. Very nice. Office staff is extremely friendly. The gate function well. Things get repaired as priority allows. Good location. Walmart 2 minutes away. Other then the pool its self needed major TLC (draining, cleaning, and paint).The pool deck area is really nice. Plenty of comfortable chairs and shade This place is pretty good.

I have lived in encore landing since September 2022. My stay here has been very pleasant. One Bbk here is very spacious. Especially the walk in closet. Security system is in place which will ensure that apartment is safe even when you are away.

Special shout out to Hope from the leasing office. She has helped us a lot to make our first stay in US a pleasant and memorable one

UPDATE: Been here for 2 years and I love it! So quick to get your work orders done. Everytime I submitted a work order they come within the next hour on the same day to get the problem fixed! Glad I chose this apt complex. Great job staff and management!

Thank you Hope for an easy transition. I am moving in from out of state, all the way from American Samoa, and she made the process easy for me. I already love it and am arriving to my new place in May. I can't wait!

Needing to secure temporary lodging for a short period of time was not a problem for the staff at Encore Landing. The way they quickly and efficient handled the leasing approval process through a 3rd party was phenomenal. All though my stay was short I really enjoyed living in the community.

My husband and I are from out of state, and found out that we had 2.5 weeks to move to Temple. I called Encore based on good reviews, and Hope was very professional and helpful. She was quick to respond via email, and sent us our lease to sign in a timely manner. I thought that finding an apartment in a different state with so little time would be stressful, but she made this whole process so easy! Michele was also helpful as well, and great at communication. Overall, the complex is clean, well kept, and true to their advertising. Their maintenance guy (I forget his name, sorry! ) was welcoming and helpful! All in all, it was a great experience- thank you everyone at Encore for your help!

If you are looking for a staff with the 'make it happen' attitude, this is the place to go. Kirby and Hope were absolutely wonderful people to both me and my kids. Both were very flexible and attentive; crushing any obstacles presented. They did everything and more to ensure my family found a home here.Thank you to everyone at Encore Landing for such a beautiful, painless experience.

I cannot express my gratitude to the maintenance and office staff at Encore Landing during the Texas winter storms. The office staff responded to all concerns in a timely manner, even though they were all stranded in their homes and some possibly didn’t even have electricity! When my heater went out during the worst part of the storms, maintenance was there almost instantly to fix it. I even saw maintenance helping people dig their vehicles out.
This has been a fantastic place to live and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Great management team they took care of it as soon as possible and installed a new dishwasher right away there awesome.

I found the Encore Landing Apartments while frantically searching for a place to live for my year-long mobilization (Army) to Fort Hood. We had only a few week's notice, so my anxiety was high and I was very apprehensive about living somewhere for a year that I never had the chance to see/visit.
I am delighted beyond what I imagined possible! From the very first email, the staff--especially Hannah--have gone above and beyond to find solutions to what was originally a very stressful and challenging situation for me. All responses to emails and phone calls were easily within 12 hours of them being sent (during their own personal time)!
In addition to the smiles and wonderful hospitality of the staff, the complex as a whole operates at an elite level I have never experienced before. On the 4th of July, I had a small maintenance issue in my apartment, and the staff was there within the hour to fix it--on a holiday! The maintenance staff also came to fix my ice machine on a Sunday (within an hour of me submitting the maintenance request) and all are friendly and very knowledgeable. This level of customer service has been maintained and exemplified by Encore Landing from before my move-in and has made all the difference in my time here at Fort Hood away from my family and friends. As the soldiers around me tell stories of their struggles with non-responsive, rude and unhelpful staff at their homes in Killeen and the surrounding area, I count my blessings and am so thankful that I live where I do and am surrounded by the wonderful, diligent people employed here.
Again--I cannot say enough great things about the Encore Landing staff and homes!

Soon to be new tenants. So far the experience has been lovely, warm and inviting. They answered all of my questions and if they didnt have the answers soon as staff found out they immediately emailed me back. The place looks lovely even though its an apartment it feels like a resort. Its well maintained and words cant discribe how wondeful and patient the staff is. Will update again about the living experience.

Update....... 07/03/21 Still having a wonderful experience. They respond in a timely manner with any maintenance issues. The staff is still friendly and informative. They also are great on keeping the complex clean and un working conditions such as pool, gym, etc... a beautiful apartment community.

I lived here for a year during my residency program, and had a wonderful experience. The management staff is very friendly, organized, helpful, and responsive. The apartments are in great condition, and the entire complex is very well maintained. I loved the pool area and the gym facility as well. I highly recommend this apartment complex!
