I tried the new tavern ultimate pizza... it was amazing! I will def try all the other flavors too!

This was my first time here and it was a great experience the food was fresh and hot the tea was good and the server Tara makes this place worth trying she can wait on 10 tables at 1 time and get it done quickly. You definitely need to go see her at lunch it's impressive to watch her go the way she does and she is very customer friendly.

Had a great experience and a great waitress! Food was on point and at a reasonable price! The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms! Don’t hesitate to stop by and try! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

I was hesitant about this pizza hut at first but, glad I ordered. The man at the drive thru was very nice and my food was hot and delicious!

Make sure you check your order BEFORE departing pick-up window......ordered THIN crust & received regular crust instead. Too far to drive back & REOrder

The Servers are excellent! Tara is a credit to this business! Others are wonderful, as well. Food is always good and well priced. The dining room makes a difference. It is so nice to go inside and sit. We are weekly customers! ❤

We went last week for the lunch buffet. It was packed full of people, there was a wait for a table. The pizza was good, hot and they were bringing them out very quickly, the buffet was completely full from when we got there to when we left. We were asked several times if there was any certain pizzas we wanted to request but we just ate what they brought out, that's half the fun. The staff were all friendly and polite, it was a pleasant visit, we will definitely go back.

Staying in Hartselle to visit family and ordered Pizza Hut for delivery last minute. The pizza was ready and delivered super quick! Also the pizza tasted great!

My hubby and I eat here a few times a month. He loves pizza, but I was never really a huge fan of it until eating at this particular pizza hut about 8 months ago. The original pan is so delicious.. the Italian sausage is yummy though sometimes it's spicier than other times. The pizza is always hot and fresh with the cheese and crust cooked perfectly, my order is correct every time, and they have it ready quickly. Most of the employees seem friendly and know what they are doing with the exception of one experience I had- I used to call in my order and get the tastemakers special that they have, but this particular time the employee told me the price was double the usual amount. She said they were no longer running the special but my friend had just ordered it online... I cancelled my order, went to the P.H. website and ordered the tastemakers special there. So just a little advice, it's much easier and cheaper to order through the website!
So many restaurants have been lacking since COVID started but this P.H. location is on point! I haven't tried their thin crust yet but that's my next order if I can stay away from the original pan pizza.

We had a good lunch today. Pizza, Supreme, cheese and pepperoni. The place looks great. Nice and very clean. Grandkids loved the arcade games.

Over the years Pizza Hut has went down. Thus Hartselle location is an exception. Always good to me and my Family. Fresh and very tasty

I had their new Philly cheese and it was delicious! Delivered in great time and was picture perfect! I can’t wait to try their new dine in!

Wonderful thin crust pizza.

A favorite restaurant of our kids and grandkids. Good ingredients, not to greasy, bread sticks are very good. We’ve ordered from Pizza Hut in Hartselle for many years, keep going back.

I have not had an enjoyable experience at pizza hut since I was a small kid. Until today, the tables where super clean. Food was Amazing, I couldn't stop eating. Just great all around. Took me back to simpler times.

My husband, daughter, and I stopped here on our way home from a four hour trip. It was our daughters birthday and she really wanted pizza. When we arrived it was obvious they were short-staffed as there were literally only three employees doing everything, including making pizzas and managing the carry out orders. Despite that, they came out to sing to my daughter, with one employee entertaining by playing a set of tongs as musical instruments, as they presented her with a cookie pizza! It meant so much to her and to us, because we knew they’d taken a few minutes from a very busy schedule to sing to her and make it special. I wish I’d gotten their names... It was a young woman and two young men working the evening of July 10th, 2019. We don’t live near this particular establishment, but will make the trip back again, because they went above and beyond to make our daughters birthday special!
Not to mention the pizza and service were excellent!
