It was better then last time it was all around delicious.

Even though they weren't busy, my food was still hot. Highly recommend! 100% better food than Ionia

They know how to make a burger and a chocolate frosty! Bam! They are awesome! Seemed like other Wendy's were not doing 100% on the food. This location got it right! You guys are awesome!

No matter the time of year Wendy's chilli is good.

It's Wendy's.... Service was good. Was able to dine inside....... **New update** stopped here again and received the fastest service at a restaurant I have had in years. Without sacrificing quality as it was very good as well. Far superior than most fast food restaurants in the area including the "now always disappointing Wendy's" near my house.

They have a cozy fireplace with some seating next to it. I love the baconator with a pretzel bun. Tried the new peppermint frosty, and it was interesting. If you love that flavor, you will love it. This place is right of the highway and was easy to get in and out of the parking.

One of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever been to. The drink station was not gross like other places. You get the feeling the people there care.

Wendy’s in the new McDonalds. When you’re broke and you need food for cheap McDonald’s is not your go to place anymore. They’re overpriced! $5 biggie bag will set you strait and if you’re feeling a little more flush then go with the $6 biggie bag. That’s my take, take it or leave it.

Our car broke down in front of this Wendy's. The staff gave us water to put more coolant, super nice. Then. The motor burnt out trying to start the car again. I came back in to Wendy's with my husband, they were cracking jokes putting smiles on our faces. Just genuinely turned out evening around. We were really bummed from the car having died. I think they could tell we were just keeping it together. They gave us a free frostee and let us stay until the tow truck came. Thank you so much you guys. <3

This Wendy's had my order ready in just a quick few minutes. No line of cars waiting like the majority of Wendy's Restaurants here in Michigan. Parking lot and grounds are well kept. The staff person who took my order was very good. Keep up the great work!

Nice Wendy's. The facility was clean. The staff was nice. The food was good. There were no issues. The restrooms we're clean. The location was the biggest factor for my stop, being right off the highway, but I would certainly stop here again.

I went through the drive through and the guy who took my order was helpful, polite and courteous. The wait wasn't very long and he was readily able to handle the two separate orders I had. The food was hot and fresh, and tasted great. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this Wendy's.

Pulled into this place for a break on the way home from a trip up north. Right off the bat we liked the location. It was just off the highway. First thing we had to do was use the facilities. The men's room was down for maintenance. The soap dispenser and paper towels are motion activated and didn't work well. Adam, the cashier, heard this and addressed it right away. We didn't have to tell him. Nice! Now, onto Adam. If there was ever a man who is perfectly suited for what he does it's this gentleman. He's got a projecting voice that sounds like the life of the party. A great representation of the head of house. He was very thorough with our orders to make sure they were right. We got our food and sat down. Oh my goodness, to be able to dine in again! Love the new look of table and chairs and NO MORE BOOTHS! Booths just collect dirt. Yuck. I've never liked them. The dining room was bright, airy, and very clean. The fireplace with coffee chairs and tv is a nice touch. I wanted to hang out! We sat at a couple of tables to enjoy our food, and this is the reason for the 5 stars. It was the best Wendy's food I ever had. There was char on my burger. Char! The bacon and onion strings were impeccably crispy, and the sandwich held together. Someone knows and cares what they are doing. The crew was all business. It was nice to sit there for a bit and listen to them as traffic passed by. They seem to work well together. I wish this was my Wendy's. Can you make the one in Hazel Park MI just like it? That would be great!

I drive all over the state, and in general Wendy's have been slow, sloppy, and staff is rude.
This Wendy's however has restored my faith in the franchise. The workers were courteous, quick, and friendly. The unexpected part was that they actually put the toppings, condiments, and meat and cheese in a thoughtful manner, like you see in the pictures. The veggies were fresh and placed perfectly, unlike the slop and carelessness common across the franchise.
Good job guys, you'll be my stop when I drive through here from now on

We just got our food so fast in the drive through. I can't figure out how they made it so fast. Perfectly cold frosty and perfectly hot spicy chicken! I would dare to say this is the best fast food experience I've ever had. Nice work team!!!
