Burger King

The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was very clean and the food was amazing! I got a chicken nugget for my two daughters. They brought it out to me very quickly. The food was very well cooked and I will for sure be eating there again!

My favorite breakfast sandwich is the sausage and cheese croissant. The egg is so much better - texture and taste compared to other fast food places. In the past couple of years they suffered from a lack of staff (as did many fast food places) so service at the drive through was slow. That seems to be an issue of the past. Food is always great as you’d expect if you’re a Burger King fan.

I love BK. We were at the one in Portland MI and their food was so good and fresh!!!!! Only thing wrong is they put onions on the sandwiches we asked they didn’t put them on but over all it was great!!!!!

Hot food, what a great surprise. My Bacon King was fresh, hot and delicious. Great service and prompt delivery of our food. We ate inside and the dining area was clean and well lit. Great job.

Today, while I was here, I received the best Whopper I've had in a long time. It made me realize that the others I've had recently were just meh. The burger itself was large (the same size as the bun) and deliciously flavorful. The condiments were also generously arranged, so each bite was as good as the previous bite. I was truly impressed. The fries were hot and good, too. And the service was very friendly. I don't know if they always hit it out of the park, like they did today, but I plan to come back and find out!

This Burger King has to be one of my favorites. Food is always fresh and hot and the general manager and her staff are always so friendly. This BK is one of the best! Their Whoppers are always hot and delicious!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This location was very understaffed and over worked when we visited mid day on 8-13-21. However the staff was very cheerful, friendly, and more than willing to serve their guest. Sorry that they are having a difficult finding the staff they need, but they are finding very great staff.
Food was as good or better that the BK standard.

While I was at the restaurant the server, a tall young man indicated that my fish sandwich would take about three minutes. I told him that would be fine and we started conversing.

He told me stories, with the skill of professional speaker, we both laughed. A fantastic job.

Accurate, fresh, and presentable food when I went here. Definitely top ⅘ of the BKs I've been to.

I was greeted at the door by an employee named Toby. He held the door for us and hustled behind the counter to take our order. Toby even made sure our special orders were correct.

The Portland, Mi location always has good, fast service. I appreciate that they do not have the double drive through and hope they never get one, it makes us think the wait will be shorter but it's always much longer in my experience.

By far the Best Burger King I've ever experienced for fresh food that a Burger King can offer. I pass by the Portland,MI exit All the time and have been for over 20 years. And when I am in need for a quick fast food stop. I will always make tracks to this Burger King.

I ordered the no carb option for the Big King and they even gave me no sugar mayo and ketchup!

We messed up the timing of our online order for breakfast, but the incredibly gracious manager accommodated us anyway. We were SO grateful for it! Thank you!

Two ladies did a great job in taking orders and serving food. Appeared they were the only two employees there.
