This location is awesome. Visited here 3 times in the past and always have a pleasant experience. From the nice staff, to them not skimping on the amounts, just down to double making sure you have napkins. Whenever im traveling past I stop because I know I'm not guessing at the quality..

Always great service. I stop here all the time on my way to Grand Rapids. Food is made good and they are very polite.

I was just there today and I had a very nice meal. But what got me was the wonderful service a young lady behind the counter gave to an older gentleman with a cane. She took his drinks out to his car for him as his hands were full. All the counter help was friendly to me too when I asked for extra sauce and a bag for my food. Great food {love the steakhouse burger} and service. A little pricey but very nice nonetheless.

My first time having hushpuppys fish sticks, they come 3 or 5 pieces. I loved them, and tarter sauce was very good. I have the app on my phone and used the free motz sticks offer, and they were outstanding with their ranch dressing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back soon. 👍🇺🇸

Only did the 4 star rating cause the chicken sandwich was a little on the dry side. My mom had it before she lives in Muskegon and said this was poorly lacking.

This is my go-to fast food restaurant in Portland, MI. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the food is good enough for when I swing by Portland for an event I attend in town on Thursday nights. See you again soon, Arby's of Portland, MI!

I came in with my parents today. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. (My mother has dementia.)
They answered her questions, and didn't make us feel rushed or upset.
The young lady working the counter was amazing! (If her pronouns are wrong I apologize. But I believer her name is Selena?)
The food was also super good! Highly recommend eating here.

Stopped by just to get a delicious Jamocha shake. Customer service was so polite and helpful, I ended up ordering chicken bites. They offered up 2 different sauces. I chose barbecue and they gave me honey mustard too.

Pulled up at 8 pm (ish) at the same time as 3 other cars. I honestly thought it would take forever! But all of us were thru the line and with our food within 10 minutes! I finally tried the crispy chicken sandwich at the suggestion of the speaker guy and it was excellent! I've found a new sandwich here! But next time I'll omit the honey mustard. I love the honey mustard here but it's just not a good combo with the chicken sandwich. Oh, they also forgot my cheese sauce I ordered, but I had pulled over to eat my food and the girl came running out a few minutes later bringing it to me! I was there the night of the 12th, so whoever the crew was working that night was excellent! They were super quick, very friendly, and very considerate, running my cheese sauce out to me!

It's nice to have a choice of delicious fast food that is not all fried.

I had such a fantastic visit visit to this location Friday March 25th. I went in with a couple of coupons and thought they would be difficult about them. I was so happy with how well the treated me. Troy was great despite my poor wording on my end and got me everything I needed. I will definitely be going back as I work in the area!

They have great service and the food is awesome! Especially love the fish strips!

I bought (with a $5.00 coupon) 2 roast beef sandwiches. They threw in sauces 4 free, & I ordered a big crinkle fries & it was still under $10.00 4 the 2 of us.

We were traveling in our camper and could not make the drive thru due to our rig. The manager Troy accommodated us by letting us order and walk up to the drive thru window to pick up the order. The team was quick and efficient and so unbelievably nice. Thank you for being so understanding and easy to work with! Arby's for the win!

Stopped at this Arby's while traveling across the state. Aside from being an easy off and on the highway, the service was top-notch. I ordered a sandwich and shake and asked for a cup of water. I moved my car to a parking spot to eat, since they currently do not offer dine-in, due to Covid. Once parked I realized I had not received my water, but figured that's just typical for fast-food. Then I looked up and saw a man hurrying to my car to deliver my cup of water! The sandwich was great and the Jamocha shake was delicious. And the water was ice-cold.

This Arby's is always top-notch! The staff is friendly and my orders are accurate everytime. I would also like to add that more times than not they have a super polite team member taking your drive thru order and I never feel rushed. Much appreciated.

I look forward to checking out the remodel when the pandemic levels out to where the dining room can open again.

Note to those who might stop by off the highway, you turn into the driveway by the bank. Then to exit, you go down a different driveway immediately after the drive-thru on your right.
