GuardBox Storage- Temple

Both my wife & I would HIGHLY recommend GuardBox Storage (Temple) to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area. They are 100% client/customer oriented and ensure that they are taken care of. We have been very impressed with each interaction with the staff, as well as the quality of the storage units. Both the indoor (climate-controlled) & outdoor units worked perfectly for us with no complaints. We will be using them again if needed!

Went to look around for storage unit.
So far this is the only place with friendly customer service. The units are clean and reasonably priced. I would definitely choose here.

The people here are just so helpful and easy to work with. I’ve had a couple of units since they opened, and anything I ask for happens. The place is always at a good temperature and is typically spotless!!!

Best place to store your household goods! Staff are so kind and friendly, professional and very helpful. Facility is kept very clean inside and out. Prices are very affordable. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing long or short term storage.

facility was impressively clean, check out was extremely easy, the guy that was fixing the gate opened the dumpster for us and opened the door for us and brought us waters, very impressed with this facility!!!

Fantastic addition to Temple!! This place is impeccably clean!! The units are nice sized. The layout is very nice & easy to get around. The manager, Crystal, is just outstanding!! Also, their prices are comparable to everyone else.

My experience with Guardbox was awesome. Candra was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. She took her time with me and made sure that got exactly what I needed. Being in customer service myself, it is always a pleasure to recognize people who go above and beyond. I greatly appreciate all of her help and effort.

Very nice clean and well kept facility. Reserving the unit and notifying of move out was easy. I love the ability to also pay your rent online. Staff is very nice. I will definitely use this facility again in the future if I need another unit.

Would like to personally thank Candra from GuardBox, Temple TX. for her help & expertise. Candra arrange our Storage Facility in Temple TX for our move from WA to TX and to assure us that everything would be in place and ready to go once we arrived in Texas. Candra was also helpful on instructing the Trucking Company on where to park during unloading process so as not to hinder anyone else from access to their facility.

Location is less than 5 miles from my house and facility is new, clean and modern. Was shown 2 units/sizes and picked one that was perfect for my things. Took less than 30 minutes to view units and complete paperwork. Very pleased with experience and unit was slightly less than another company I had contacted.
