Noodles and Company

I was very impressed with Miram (not sure if that is how you spell their name) but I ordered food and ordered extra food just to have delivery because I had a metting and was unable to go get it so I paid for food I was not even going to eat. I literally put in the instruction to delivery to the office but the delivery driver took it somewhere else and 30 minutes later, I finally found my food in a hallway now cold and without my drink so needless to say I was very irritated. When I contacted Noodles, they were super friendly and refunded all of my money when it wasn't their fault. She was amazing to talk to, listened to my frustration and would order from them all day long!

Got some take-out tonight and had great customer service by Antonio and Juan. Very pleasant experience.

They were packed for lunch, but quick and friendly service!

Merry Christmas to you too Noodles in Fitchburg!!! I arrived about 20 minutes early for my pickup order and they were able to get it out sooner for me. I didn't have good customer service at the one off Gammon a couple of weeks ago but now I know the Fitchburg location is much better.

Since Noodles and Company is a chain, I've had some hit or miss experiences with different locations. This location is great. The food is always prepared well and quickly, even when busy. The employees are nice and helpful. And I really love the order ahead option on their website. Makes grabbing lunch or dinner in a hurry easy.

Food is always good. Staff is always nice. Place is always clean. Orders are always fast and correct. Please consider moving to a different location in Fitchburg. The Starbucks drive thru makes using your parking lot a nightmare. Or better yet, maybe Starbucks should move to a place better suited for a busy drive thru

Food is good and almost always quick. Even when its super busy you don't have to wait too long. Good variety to choose from as well, I miss the sandwiches though! Awesome place to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch or even order ahead and bring home a meal for dinner. I enjoy the drink choices they have available as well.

Even the small portions were large. Everything was delicious and we love the smolder in Boulder hot spice. Starbucks drive through line can get long and make parking challenging during peak times

Staff here was efficient, friendly, and hard working. They pumped out hundreds of orders while being short staffed. Food was very good quality. Pesto Cavatapi with cauliflower noodles substituted.

Many Noodles and Company restaurants are going downhill. They're dirty, you have to get your own silverware, and you need to bus your own table, but this restaurant stands out amongst its peers. I've never been unhappy with my experience at this location, and it's always remarkably clean. They even bring you your silverware. To be fair they don't wrap your fork and knife up in a napkin like Noodles used to, but this location is a big step up from the others in this area.

The outdoor area is nice for dining. The food is excellent!

I use my Noodles app most of the time I order and I have never had a problem. The order is always correct, the food is always hot and tasty and the service is always prompt and friendly.

A wide selection of dishes based around noodles; mac and cheese, Japanese soba, Korean noodles, Italian tomato sauce and meatballs with spaghetti, etc. Most of the dishes can be customized: choose chicken, beef or tofu as the topping. Everyone is happy: vegetarians, non-vegetarians, adults and children. The place is clean and bright, service and food prep is quick.

Friendly staff, clean place, healthy choices. Easy to have a conversation. BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese is really good, the fried onions and little bit of jalapenos add to the smoked flavor.

I love Noodles. Lame to say but this might be legitimately my favorite restaurant. At least it's my favorite fast/chain. I like to get the zucchini noodles and it's one of the best ways to eat a whole bunch of vegetables at once.

I completed an online order for an incorrect location. When I attempted to pick up my order and wasn't able to locate it, the general manager, Brent immediately had another order made. He was kind and the order was done in three minutes. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Loved it! Quality food and arrived in a hurry! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pasta restaurant. Also it is within walking distance of a smart cow so your desert is already covered!

Some dishes are my favorites than the others simply depends on who is making it and how they season the meal. Not junk food ❤
Right amount and great to go....

I have been here so many times with my family and my friends and the food just never gets old. There are so many good options on the menu to choose, from the penne rosa to the Wisconsin Mac & cheese.
