Just received my bed that I purchased at this Steinhafels and the team at this location went above and beyond my expectations. The sales member that helped me, Ken M., was extremely helpful and made me feel like I was priority number 1 while I was shopping. Ken ensured that I was able to find the perfect bed for me and I could not be happier. 10/10 will recommend this location to friends and family.

Purchased a Beautyrest Black LX Mattress and was just delivered today. At the Store a Salesman name Jordan helped us and was very nice and very knowledgeable too. Made our purchase easy and fun. Delivery went well with guys right on time took away our old Mattress and Box Spring too. (We paid $25.00 for them to take it away). THIS IS UPDATE, MY WIFE WENT TO TURN MATTRESS TO PUT CLEAN SHEETS ON AND NOTICED THIS BULGE FROM BOXSPRING… IT WAS BROKE . DIDNT NOTICE ON DELIVERY THEY SLAPPED THE MATTRESS ON AND HAD TO SEE IT AND SAID NOTHING. WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE….

Ken Marvel was very helpful with my purchase of power recliner, couch, end tables, coffee table and fireplace TV stand. He explained VIP Total Care plan thoroughly, which I also purchased. He was very pleasant and focused on me and my individual needs. His professionalism will have me returning to Steinhafels for my future needs.

I had my eye on a chair yesterday but today the price jumped over 30% and the salesperson had "no options." I had to just walk out.

UPDATE:the price match guarantee is the real deal. Super pleased with their integrity!

We need a lift chair in a hurry. Our salesperson was wonderful; kind and understanding. We were able to get the chair in less than 48 hours and delivery was excellent! We could not be happier.

We are very happy with our shopping experience and purchase of two leather recliners at Steinhafels. Our sales person, Owen, was extremely helpful, and a special shoutout to Chris in Customer Service and Todd, the tech who came out to take care of a minor flaw on our chair, for their professionalism and being great guys to work with. A fantastic shopping experience start to finish, we will be back.

Had a wonderful sales experience with Brenda this afternoon! I explained I was interested in replacing my current vinyl/faux-leather sofa with possibly a manual reclining sofa, in genuine leather for durability; essentially a little luxury for as little as possible, nothing too fancy! She directed me to exactly what I asked for, with a price well below what I was expecting after looking at online retailers. I said I was interested in a manual because I assumed it would be priced well below a power reclining sofa. She then showed me a power reclining leather sofa, priced the exact same as the manual! In speaking more with Brenda, who was very kind and earnestly listening to me as I shared about living with my destructive and hairy Shiba Inu dogs, she made me aware of another durable and easy to maintain material that could fit my lifestyle, that felt lovely, and looked great. What I thought I could only get from genuine leather, I found in what Brenda had shown me, at a price (Black Friday pricing) that I was very happy with. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Brenda who was very personable, friendly, and seemed sincere in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I wish I had a bigger house to furnish! Thanks Brenda!

Becky Z. was great, helping me explore a myriad of mattress options. She was patient, understood the products, and answered all of my questions.

We visited multiple stores looking for furniture A1 and Bob's before Steinhafels, and not only did Steinhafels have the best quality furniture, but their salespeople were excellent! Ken Marvel was by far the most professional, kind, and helpful sales associate we met that day and he helped us find the perfect couch and table. He understood aesthetic and comfort along with be efficient by listening to our needs and drilling home to furniture choices that were a perfect fit. It felt like we got an expert guide which was helpful in that massive store. I would recommend going to Steinhafels and ask for Ken, he'll help you find whatever you're looking for.

Our shopping experience has been great. Our sales person H. guided us thru many options. We decided on a set of living room furniture. We made a last minute change and Steinhafels and H. jumped thru hoops to accommodate! BTW we shopped at several stores and definitely made the correct choice.

Went in to look at some furniture to re-purpose a room in our house. Sales staff suggested the design services. I ended up speaking with Michelle about their services and now she is also going to assist us with all selections for finishing our basement. I’m very excited to start this journey.

The salesman (Jay) who helped us select a recliner for my elderly mother was excellent. He was polite, knowledgeable and competent.

Becky was wonderful. On time for my 10 o’clock appointment and gave me some options to look at for bedroom and dining sets. Moved the chairs around for me which was so nice of her. She was very accommodating when asked about other furniture and never pushed for the hard sell. Loved her right off the bat Friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to work with her again. 🥰

Great customer service. She was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful.
