Taco Bell

The crew here has turned this place around over the past year. I bumped my 3 star rating to a 5 star rating because Ronald and the entire crew are incredible and deserve pay raises across the board. Pay them what they deserve.

I picked up lunch through the drive thru 11/3/2023. The food was great and the customer service from the team members working the drive thru was amazing! So courteous and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Taco bell is always a go-to fast food for me. Quick order and grab kinda deal. Staff always nice. No complaints here.

I came through the DT for a late night snack and they messed up my quesadilla. I called to let them know and they are providing me with a replacement and a drink for the trouble on a different day.( since I'm already home I'm not driving back). I just wanted to give a shout out to Angel who apologized for the mistake and told me to come back for a different day and they'll make me new food. He was very nice on the phone.

Best restaurant service I’ve received in a long while… seriously! I’m always impressed how this location seems to have happy employees. We had family from out of town visiting and did an aunt/nephew day at Taco Bell and the staff made it extra fun and memorable. Nicely done!

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. What makes a store exceptional is the staff. The staff here have always been friendly and professional when i visit.
I have never had a bad experience at this location. The one time I nearly did have a bad experience (waited in drive-thru line for like 10 min) they acknowledged their error and made attempts to rectify it. I gladly accepted an apology and a few free taco vouchers.

Went through the drive through. Ordered the new steak Verde burrito, it was excellent. I would definitely get it again. Tried the watermelon freeze on the recommendation of the person taking my order, also good.

Great service at the drive through for my beans n sour cream n 2 steak tacos!

SUPER clean! Staff were very nice and food was perfectly prepared.

I use Taco bell for lunch on a weekly basis. The staff is quick and very friendly. If you need to get somewhere fast with hot food, this is the place.

The staff were excellent. This was the best rendition of Taco Bell I've had in a long time. They cared about how it was put together instead of doing like other locations and just chucking it together.

Julian is a super friendly and polite person. I ordered the wrong thing and he fixed it immediately. He also brought my food to the table which was not needed but does make you feel appreciated. Food was great and the store is super clean :)

5 stars for customer service to the man working the drive thru 12/19 at 8:30 am. Taco Bell has the best coffee but when I got to the drive thru I was told they were out. Instead of just saying they were out he offered me other options so I didn't have to leave empty handed. Ended up leaving with some orange juice instead. It wasn't my coffee but hey it was something! Your kindness was appreciated ♡

Ms Ruqaiyah was very knowledgeable of the menu. Her customer service skills was great. I get coffee every morning and a lot of places don’t use gloves while preparing it and putting on the lid and she did so without me having to ask which says a lot…thanks

I tossed my receipt on accident so I can't Tell the Bell. But shout out to Brian in drive-thru yesterday night around 10pm.

He and his crew got my order out on time and hooked my doggos up with some treats. I can count on this Taco Bell to deliver consistent quality, customer service, and an upbeat attitude.

Keeps me coming back. The crew there is doing something right 👍

I was surprised last time I went. They were closed at 8. But I have never had an issue with this location- friendly staff, accurate orders and good food.

Every time my family has gone to this Taco Bell #031962, located at 6275 McKee Rd - Fitchburg, we have been met with the friendliest service and the freshest food. Each new employee we interact with through the drive through is patient and attentive in taking our order and greet us when we drive up. Since my wife’s recent pregnancy, Taco Bell has been a major craving and lucky for the rest of the family it still is 😊

UPDATE: Stopped this morning, the store wasn't open. Called at 10:31a.m. to see if they were open yet, and the person that answered literally just HUNG UP ON ME! TOTALLY DISREPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I asked a simple question and just got hung up on!!!
Always clean, fast, and friendly. I pass a closer Taco Bell just to come to this one. The food is always fresh and amazing! This has ultimately become my favorite Taco Bell, and it has made me crave Taco Bell again

The guy working last night 7/18/21 around 11pm, handled himself very professionally. He was getting chewed out by a drunk customer in front of me and he was very calm and collective and just handled the situation well A+! He should get a raise. As for the food, I was delighted to have gotten potatos that were cooked perfectly and not overdone hard tiny pieces like I usually get from other taco bell around the area. Great service and great food.... I never thought I would say those words about a taco bell...

The beings that work at this taco bell, are either not human or something Eldritch in nature. Whenever I talk to them, they seem to know what I'm about to say, from a order to a compliment about a shirt. On top of them. I'll order 6 different things, each with a nonstandard customization and by the time I pull up to the window. (Less than 10 seconds) My order is packaged, sealed, and ready to be handed to me when I reach the window. It doesn't help that I only visit after midnight, whenever I go. The workers are always seemly upbeat, and very nice. But I also can be in and out in less than a minute, so who knows what's actually going on.

Last time I went they said that the lobby was open, and seemed sad when I said I would like to stay in the drive thru. I have no idea what supernatural time magic they have going on in this taco bell late at night, but I recommend just sticking to the drive thru.

Food was great thou, would happily go again.
