Super friendly staff, we were the only people in the whole building which was kind of weird for being in Madison wisconsin. They give you candy bars when you check out Mounds bars. I don't know what to think but you probably get better prices somewhere else depending on who you want to support

Great selection of things for small animals, especially different food brands, toys, and treats. Prices are competitive, sales are really good on individual items in store.

I came here looking for some treats for my friends cat who just turned 19 years old. This is a nicely organized store. They have pet supplies for every type of animal you can think of. And the staff was super helpful. I found everything I needed for my kitty friend. Plus a little extra to spoil my own cat. I enjoyed my visit here. She loved the birthday cat cookie!

This place is like a Toys-R-Us but for your pet. I happened to be traveling and saw a commercial on TV for this place and decided to check it out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by several employees and even some fund raising groups that were there that day. My dog was so excited to explore and the options for toys is insane! They have super unique toys for all your pets wants, needs, likes, &size; love the rawhide free bar and other chew options. And like the name indicates the amount of pet food options is huge!!! Large variety for all diet types and different options for fresh food and treats. My dog could have made out like a bandit but luckily we didn't have the extra space in the car. We live in IL but so glad I stopped in and I will have to find more reasons to travel to WI just to shop here (unless you find it in your hearts to expand to IL ❤).

I love Mounds. Local company. Pretty good selection except Bob is not completely happy because he loves his daily bacon dentastix. They don't have them, but they have lots of other things he loves. Like this blue seahorse he's destuffing!!

Was there for a Greyhound meet and greet. Had to get pet treats while there. Staff is the best. Friendly and caring. Will answer questions and are genuinely interested in you and your pets. Best part is your pets are welcome there! We are there for meet and greets every second Sunday. Come on in and see the Greyhounds. Big deals going on at Mound's on weekends this month.

This place is awesome! Came here for Howl-o-ween doggo costume party, and upon entering we were given a bag of goodies with lots of treats and toys (see picture). The store was massive with so many varieties of foods, toys, and other pet accesories.

Great selection of accessories and pet food. Prices are decent and the staff was very helpful. It is a little tricky to find the actual place cause you have to go through an outdoor car wash or an alley, but it is worth it!

The staff is always willing to help you find what you're looking for. Good Service

Love this Mounds! Took our pup there recently on a hot day and asked for a dog dish of water. They gladly brought our pup a big bowl with a side of cuddles.

Huge selection of pet food and other supplies. Always has good prices on a wide range of products. Staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable about products. Dogs are welcome and mine love visiting every time because of the dog treats they receive at the checkout. Also the people treats at checkout are nice as well.

I always shop at Mounds (unless they're closed and I'm desperately in need of food for my pets). I love all of the choices and I love the fact that they do not sell animals, rather they have animals available for adoption that have been rescued. The staff are always friendly and nice and very helpful when I can't find what I'm looking for. I also love that there loyalty program now includes small animals such as gerbils, guinea pigs, and of course....rats!

Great selection of pet food. Was able to get a larger size than is available at the grocery store at a very reasonable price. Plenty of toys for all kinds of mammals, not just cats and dogs. We always find stuff for our bunny...and many other items such as feeders, leashes, cages and carriers, etc. All seem to be chosen to be well thought-out for both the pet and human involved, not just the human. Staff are always super friendly, and they always offer Mounds bars when you leave...Sweet experience!

Helpful employees and lots of selection for good prices. Even my nervous doggo loves a visit to Mounds!

Easy to locate what I'm in need of, good help from the staff, and excellent customer service at checkout. I think it's the best pet store in town.
Their own mounds dog food is loved by my 3 dogs. And 2 of the 3 have allergies, the lamb mixture has made such a difference in their coats, skin beak outs and dry eyes.

So I don't want to start a fight but this is my favorite of the mounds. They are all awesome, but this one seems to have the best selection of dog toys and they usually have our cats food in stock. Just like the others, this one is friendly and easy to shop.
