Main Street Pizza/The Basement on Main St.

Very comfortable atmosphere in this Colfax restaurant that offers outstanding pizzas and salads. The Basement has indoor and outdoor dining, friendly waitresses and plenty of room for a couple, family, or group. The lot out front has convenient parking and there are clean bathrooms available. The Basement is a quality establishment in Colfax and I will be back.

As a previous residence of Colfax, I have always loved this place; great revolving taps, really good pizza and the friggin Blue Salad...this thing's the size of my head. 😳

I was visiting friends, I'm from out of town. Texas. I wanted to treat the lovely family to pizza because of their hospitality. They recommended Main Street Pizza. When picking up the to go order, 3 large specialty pizzas...I was amazed by the ambience and friendly interactive customers at the bar. Please had a cool feel. Wished I were in town longer to eat at the restuarant. Server was nice and had interesting things to say about the town of Colfax. All 3 pizzas were great. A group of 7 and we all ate from each of them. Plenty of leftover that the kids and I ate for breakfast the next day. You know its good pizza when leftovers reheated are just as good. Highly recommend!

What a nice surprise! We got off the train and were looking for a cool place to grab a bite and a beer. They did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, great food and great service for a great price! Thank you, my fish tacos were outstanding.

We LOVE their HUGE PILE of GARLIC FRIES! Dinner salads are enough for two 2 share and, the small personal Chicken pizza is enough to share too. We go there probably twice a month!!

Our first time stopping by this small town, with a family of 6people, we were able to get service and sitting immediately. We had their Basement Pizza, Greek pizza, and their amazing wings, food and service was amazing. If you're ever passing through heading to Tahoe, I highly recommend you stop by this place and grab food for the road and beers on tap.

Went for a Sunday drive and got lunch. Got a huge family house salad (enough for 6-10 people depending on how much salad you eat). Got a large pepperoni pizza too. Delicious. Can't wait for the leftovers. Warm and cozy on a fresh January day. Great service at this family runned small business. Highly recommend.

I loved the New York Style thin crust pizza here. I got it with basil and pepperoni toppings, plus a cider from Auburn on the side. Really delicious lunch with a relaxed atmosphere.

This place is an absolute gem! I was just passing by and decided to give it a try instead of heading to Reno, and I am so glad I did! The experience was beyond my expectations.

🥗 Their salads are top-notch! 🥗 I ordered their usual salad, thinking it would be just like any other, but as soon as I took a bite, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. The freshness of the ingredients and the delightful combination of flavors left me thoroughly impressed!

🍗 Oh, but wait, there's more! 🍗 The real highlight was their incredible special sauce that accompanied the salad. I couldn't resist asking for more! It was a flavor explosion, and I'm already dreaming about my next visit.

The pizza is friggin amazing!!!! The price isn't bad, either. Service is a bit spotty if it's busy, but same with anywhere.

Where do I start!? Not only is the food incredibly amazing and delicious, but the service is fantastic as well. Generous portions, 20 beers on tap and great selection of wines. Fun for both adults and kids (game room upstairs). We will be coming back here again and again!

great selection of beer on tap! Big selection of wines. Their pizza is all made from scratch. I love their dough. Love their wings too. I always ask for the wings extra crispy... which is still nice and juicy on the inside and crispy on the out. Good menu selection, their salads are big!

This is not a fast food place. If you are in a rush, then call ahead with your order.

These pizza pies are delicious. The freshness of all ingredients are obvious at first bite. The crust is made of oven baked deliciousness.
