McDonald's

This was the best McDonald's I have ever visited. It was very clean. Very modern. Had a inside play area that was very clean.
I actually took pictures which I never do but this was worthy of sharing to express the gratitude I felt at a simple McDonald's.
I highly recommend this particular location and appreciate whomever owns this McDonald's.

Great employees. Love still being able to order at the counter.

Stopped by for breakfast and this location has egg whites. That alone is 5 stars for me.

I never rated a mcdonald but I felt I have to this time. Gerrald helped us with our drive through order. Not only has he made some good bundle suggestion which made our total price cheaper, but also his nice and genuine greeting. We were so surprised to receive such a good service. Not a single McDonald we went through has a service like this. Mind blown. He deserve a raise.

I ordered breakfast on the app and upon pressing order the app somehow doubled my order and charged me 2 times the price it was supposed to be. I immediately went as quickly as possible to the restaurant so I could tell them they didn’t have to make 15 breakfast sandwiches and hash browns! Upon arriving an employee approached me immediately and asked my name for the order, I told her the order was wrong and I apologized that they had made so many breakfast sandwiches for nothing. She was so kind and helpful and understanding and she made it a great experience! It was over a week ago and I was visiting family in California, I wish I could remember her name! Regardless she was amazing and she refunded me for the incorrect order and got me the correct order quickly and efficiently! Best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had! Thank you!!

A good location! I got breakfast sausages, with and without egg.

I cannot tell a lie, I love the southwestern salads at McDonald's with the southwestern dressing. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience, like always.

Clean, honest and starts paying people at $16 hr. $1 above minimum wage. They are trying very hard to be honest and likable. Food chores are fine.

While waiting for our food a rude customer came in upset about a clerk requesting them to stop blowing smoke in their face in the drive thru.
First off, Rude! Like why blow smoke.
But, the first clerk tried to calm the guest down and fix the problem. He (the guest) got louder, a few other techs stepped in and asked him to refrain from the belittling treatment.
They (McDonald's staff) worked as a team and fixed the minor problem but also deal with this outrageous guest and still handle business as usual.
Even with all that commotion, we only waited a few minutes for our food. Great job!

Cudos to the friendliest, most accommodating gentleman ever. He greeted everyone with a smile and asked if he could help them with anything. He's a keeper.

This was the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. My husband and I were just passing through and stopped in the afternoon for a quick bite and bathroom break. The entire place was very clean and in good repair. Rayne at the register was very friendly and sweet. Our food came out quickly and Rayne actually brought it to where we were sitting.

Picked up a fresh hot coffee at 8:30pm for a long drive, as well as French fries. I was given lots of ketchup which I've noticed has been hard to come by these days. The staff were nice and it took only a little longer than I expected, but then I remembered that they were brewing my coffee fresh. Love this as a stop while traveling between Reno and Sacramento/Bay area.

Was passing through and thought I'd stop for a bite to eat and I must say... They were quick, friendly especially the young man that took my order. They got everything correct, it seemed to be fresh and hot. Had bad experience with a MD before NOT THIS ONE. they got my order right but even though I messed it up MYSELF... The young man CHANGED IT with no problem. And did I mention that I just LOVED his energy. I was honestly having a bad day until I crossed his path.

When in Colfax we always stop here on our way back home to Sacramento

Another McDonald's, however this time the cashier at the drive-thru was very nice, provided recommendations and reminders that there were some offers we were not taking advantage of. That made a difference!

I don't get anything at McDonald's for myself other than chocolate chip cookies, sweet tea with lemon wedges (which I love that they do), and Spirit. My family loves their nuggets (which I am not a fan of). Either way, they were very patient with me as I ordered for 2 trucks of people (13 people). Also, they got entire order correct, which is a plus in my book!

Fast and friendly service. The restrooms during this pandemic are open, but one person at a time which is hard to know as you can see in the bathroom before entering. The water and soap dispenser are hands free along with the air blower for your hands, but you have to open the door via handle unlike some restaurants where you can use your foot

While I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's I will say they make for great pit stops during road trips. We stopped at this one for the kids to use the restroom. The facilities were surprisingly clean and well kept. The soap was nice and there were no major issues.

Parking was also easy and this McDonald's is quite close to the highway making it easy to get in and out.

Bathrooms were spotless!! Whole place was very clean, and they actually delivered the food to our table. They have a really neat soda machine that allows you to add flavors, and so many choices it's mind blowing!

This is a really well decorated McDonald's I was pleasantly surprised.
