Great experience today! Staff was friendly helpful professional and really fast. Makes my day 😊 when people in customer service enjoy their job. Now what can I say ⭐ Starbucks coffee always brightens my day, white mocha delicious 😋.

My favorite at Starbucks is the medicine ball tea and the Evoltion fresh super fruit greens!. Medicine ball tea has notes of lemon, lemon grass, mint, and peach. The evolution smoothie taste like a mix of wheat grass, peaches, and pineapple😋. At this Starbucks I’ve never had any negative experiences it’s always peaceful even when there are people that come in and out. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Friendly, quick even though they were busy. Everything was just as expected. I def recommend the gouda egg and bacon breakfast sandwich (:

Nicely located between SF Bay Area and Tahoe. Have drive through, order/pickup inside, tables outside and WC. There is a gas station next door as well.

Probably the best Starbucks between Reno & Sacramento, great for a chill stop between long drives through the sierras

This is the best Starbucks. Even if there's 10 cars in the drive thru I don't think I've ever waited longer than 7 minutes. The staff is SUPER NICE all the time, so courteous and professional. And they always always make my drink just right. I appreciate you Colfax crew!

This Starbucks is always on point, I can see why they are typically busy. I used the drive thru this time and the barista was very polite and friendly. Coffee was made perfectly to order and finished quickly. I was in and out in no time.

I've been to a lot of Starbucks but this is my first review. The young lady who took my order and gave me my drink in the drive through was so nice and friendly and had such a great attitude. She should seriously be employee of the month. Just wish I'd seen her name but she was awesome and so was my beverage!

Just what we needed, right on the way.

The barista was very nice and had a clear speaking voice. At first, she put whipped cream on my frapp when i asked for none, but i asked her to take it off and she was very nice about it.
The chairs and dining area were very clean and smelled like the scented lysol disinfectant spray which was very pleasant. Lines were non existent, so there was no wait.

Great customer service today. They were extremely busy, and I think a little frazzled as they had been bombarded all day long with filthy dirty people driving home from Burning Man (I mean physically covered with layers and layers of whitish, desert dust/dirt, hair that is matted down from so much dust, ... Even though they couldn't possibly keep up the cleaning of the seating area, or the restrooms, they were trying their best to maintain Starbuck's very high standards BEHIND the counter! Hats off to all three employees for their beautiful smiles...

I am always in awe of people who are so busy and being pushed by rude customers but who can remain so completely kind and always just say yes! I walked in during a very busy time in to this location and the girls behind the counter we're going crazy with orders. What I noticed right away was they were kind of everybody and that included me. I am grateful for your ability to remain so positive!

Rockstar staff in the mornings! I love rolling up to the intercom or window and being greeted by name. Half the time my brains too tired to order right but the lovely ladies know exactly the way I like it. Gotta give a shout out to Tammy, Angie, and Brie for always bringing a smile to my face along with a perfect cup of coffee ;) The entire staff is wonderful and they are always working hard together as a team. The friendly staff here makes it feel like a hometown coffee shop instead of that corporate feel. Thank you all, it is always a pleasure.

Great place to chill. I went to the place on my way from lake Tahoe to San Francisco. Nice service and ample parking available. Not much noisy too. They had good collection of snacks and wonderful coffee. Loved the ambience

Easy off/Easy on from i80 west, or east. Parking can get a little tight but it's a sunny and airy store with plenty of seating. A good stop on the way to the snow. Jake, Kylie and Destiny are worth 5 stars alone, you can tell the staff enjoys their jobs - these three got those customer service skills on point!!

A good place to have a quick coffee. Drive through is available so it’ll be easy for you. Just on next corner of the exit from freeway. Usually you’ll have to wait in a short line to order coffee and snacks because everyone will notice the place after taking the exit. Just on the side of a gas station so you can definitely think of getting a coffee after fueling up.
