Burger King

Just your average mid week night at a fast food restaurant but I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and how quick and friendly the staff was. The food was actually very good and tasty. Getting a little expensive for a meal these days but I think that’s pretty typical of the times. All good experience. I recommend this place for something quick with quality.

There's no beating the whopper. I don't have BK near where I live but I have to come to Mt. Airy for family reasons every week and this is my treat! Only complaint is the price. And apparent added fees. Whopper with cheese and a (small) bottled water was $11.

Very nice with 50's interior design. Very clean to include the restrooms. Cashier and staff were waiting with a smile as we walked in. Sadly, they say the interior is going to change in a month which I disagree with. I forgot I was in BurgerKing for a second as I walked in. They also have outside playground for the kids which looked pretty clean and kept up as well. Nice place. Nice people.

I stopped in for an early lunch. My order was taken right away. I like to customize the Double Whopper, and it was prepared exactly as I like it. That doesn't always happen, so a big plus for me. And it was ready in less than two minutes! The dining area was spotless. It was about 11:30am, so not crowded, and I took my time to enjoy my meal. Very pleasant!

This BK is great. It's either new or recently renovated. It's extremely clean inside. The folks at the counter are fast and friendly. They have touchpad ordering inside or drive thru. The food is cooked right every time. We used to stop at the McDonald's down the street. This is a better experience overall.

Just off of I-70 at Mt. Airy. Take Rt. 27 north for less than one mile. Burger King is on the right. Turn right at the traffic light right before the restaurant then take a quick left into their parking lot. The exterior is clean and well lit at night. The interior is clean. The drive thru typically has no wait time and if there is a wait it is extremely short. The restaurant is handicap accessible. Easy to get back into I-70 too.

What have been better if they melted the cheese but overall this burger king is good

Great visit! Excellent staff: friendly, cheerful, outgoing. Manager was on it! Directing and leading his team. He appeared a good leader instead of just a "boss". Hands on, got involved & helped his crew without barking orders as many managers do. Staff appeared cheerful and pleasant. We even had a crew member come up to our table and ask how the food was! Amazing for a "fast food joint". Neat and clean. Well maintained. Definitely worth the 20 mile drive! We'll be back!

Great sandwich and hot fries 😎👍 So I know there are a lot of gourmet burger spots in MD, offering a variety of the Burger and Fries experience, but hands down, as regards fast food quality I honestly believe Burger King has the BEST Burger and fries combo experience. The original original Whopper Fries and drink combo is probably the best fast food meal invention. I have actually had the Whopper meal in Jamaica it was only slightly better.. slightly. But it was the same great burger and hot fries. 👍👍👍

This Burger King is outstanding. All of the staff was friendly courteous and polite. The greeted us with a friendly smile and a hello when we entered. When we were exiting the said goodbye to us. There was a minimal amount of time we waited in line to place our orders. The food came out hot fresh and fast. There was people cleaning and it had a Clean appearance inside the burger King. As you can see from the pictures it has a 1950 style to the inside of it. They do have three TVs mounted. They are on playing TV shows there is a large outside kids play area with outside seating. I was pleasantly surprised at this Burger King. I will be returning when I'm in the area.

Clean, food always tastes fresh. Friendly service. Best BK around. Worth every mile.

I have been to this Burger King several times and each time I am amazed at how nice the staff is. They are friendly, efficient, fast and helpful. I live about 30 miles away in the Beltsville - Laurel area and the staff at these Burger Kings or any other fast food in my area aren't nearly as nice as the staff at the Burger King in Mt. Airy. When I relayed these comments to family who live in Mt. Airy they agreed and added that this Burger King treats everyone like family and remembers you if you are a regular visitor.

Not really a huge fan of fast food, but this Burger King has delivered some really good food quickly, hot, and tasty almost every time I've been here.

The breakfast sandwich was better than I expected.

Even understaffed the crew cooked our meals perfectly and got the order perfect. Most impressive, and really appreciated.

It's was burger king. Food was fine, fast service just don't ask the girl taking your order if she will clip your toenails. Seemed to agitate her

A constant on my fast food grabs. Better than the McDonalds in town in speed, taste, and accuracy. Worth the price and the people behind the counter are so nice.

It was nice to be able to sit inside. Tables are spread out due to covid. They have a play ground but it is currently closed due to the "virus". The simple things of refilling a drink sadly have turned into luxuries during this "virus" but thankfully we were able to refill right before hitting the road. Clean and friendly.

I love this burger king. Its always very clean. The staff is always very polite and very efficent and i dont recall them ever messing up an order more than once and when they did they more than made up for it. My food is always hot and fast. Love this location
