It was my first time at Home Zone and wow, I’m amazed. The pricing was phenomenal for their Presidents’ Day sale. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which is super important to me. I saw about 5-6 different sofas that I really liked. I was just window shopping today however I could have bought the whole store. The sofas are beautiful. They had them styled perfectly with rugs and accessories and I loved that the sofas had matching pillows that come with them. I was serviced by Jesse and he was very nice and informative about the sales. He offered me Dr.Pepper and an ice cream sandwich. I was so thankful. I only purchased an accessory but I saw one sofa for sure that I’m interested in. They even had good clearance stuff. Thank you Jesse for making my first time in Home Zone a great one! I’ll be ranting and raving to the folks to come and check y’all out. Cuz yall got some good stuff! Who knew?!

Dornella, wow I can't say enough about her customer service. She's very professional and helpful. She's attentive you your thoughts and hesitation and will ease to a decision with her caring questioning that help you make sense about your purchase. Love the positive vibe and great smile!

From the time I stepped foot into the store up until I received my sofas at my home; it was such a pleasing and phenomenal experience! Maria was the person that helped me in store and was very patient in providing me with different pricing and I never felt pressured into making a decision on deciding which sofas I wanted. The date of the delivery went super smooth as well, it was a huge help being able to see my driver/delivery's ETA due to my work schedule. Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience during our first trip to a Home Zone location. Vernon was kind and helpful throughout our shopping time quickly answering all of our questions. Ended up making a purchase of a dining room table when we thought we would just be window shopping getting ideas. Will definitely be back for more furnishings!

Labor Day sale is the reason we came in to find a sofa set. Joshua approached us quickly and gave us the layout of the store. He was thorough , professional, and informative with our sale including the warranty details. He was great.

First time here at home zone this place is great. No pushy sales guys following your around the whole time allowed us to make a great decision. Vernon was the guy who helped us out he was great and informational.

Gilbert and Keith were outstanding! Great deals and quality. Highly recommend the Cedar Hill store. No one follows you around the store but are readily available for questions. I wish all furniture stores operated in this manner.

Joshua and Steven are amazing! They were both so patient with me as I picked my furniture. Joshua sat down with me and reviewed my monthly payments a few times without complaint. They both answered all of my questions thoroughly. Keith also helped when I was trying to make a decision on my dining room set.
