Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I usually take care of my own car, but in a rush one day I decided to stop, one of the nicest car washes in the area. Customer Service was excellent, i felt so taken care of I had to back a second time, not by just one but 2 employees, i never caught last names, but my first attendee was Draven, and the Second went by James. I will be back !!

My experience was amazing! 100% would come back again and their were two very nice gentlemen (names James and Draven) that helped me pick out the best wash for my brand new car

Young man I think his name was Draven helped me pick out the right wash package for my car ! He seems very knowledgeable and caring ! Will continue to come here everytime I need my car washed!!!!

My car is so beautiful when I go through the wash here in Hartselle. It's always extra shinny and, the metal flakes really sparkle in my paint job after I come out the wash. Plus, the red headed guy Arron, the one that's usually there in the mornings. He makes sure every car gets the same treatment, no matter what wash you buy. Because lets be honest, the real things that keeps us customers coming back is good attitudes, a great working car wash, and good customer service.

Came in last Wednesday for a car wash and the the service was quick and easy. I even got a membership after talking with James and Draven.

Came thru to get a quick wash since I can’t wash it myself anymore. Got great service from Amine he Very knowledgeable I was a bit worried to use the wash but he took time to explain how everything worked and sprayed my mats for me. I like the towels to wipe stuff down too the other wash in town doesn’t have that.

I just bought a monthly membership with Tidal Wave Auto Spa. One thing that stood out to me , was the people working there. I was talking to this lady Stephanie about upgrading my plan. She was just a joy to deal with. Super nice and just wanted to make sure I was happy. I had also just had knee surgery about 4 days before this. I was trying to clean the I side rear window , but I couldn't t do it. There was this guy Junior near me and I asked him if he could help me. Without any hesitation he hoped in and cleaned my rear window for me. I tried to pay him but he wouldn't t have it lol and offered several times to do the other windows for me. There are many car wash places to choose from. I want to support a business that has people like Stephanie and Junior working there. You never know what impact you can make with a kind word or simple act of kindness. If you are looking for a car wash pls check them out.

All i needed was a vaccuuming so i was going to get a wash too. My card wasnt working so the kind gentleman let me through to do just the vaccuum. Not just anyone would do that. Very kind

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had a a car wash! Customer service was fantastic! The wash itself was amazing.

A little expensive, but my car came out cleaner than the other car wash in town could have gotten it. The only thing they need to add is the floor mat cleaning machines. They offer towels and all purpose/glass cleaner for free and their vacuums are super strong. 👌

Aaron did a fantastic job!! He took extra time before I entered the wash to get my car scrubbed down and I really appreciate that! You have a hard working employee in him!

There are enough words to explain how amazing this location is. Stephanie the manager there has really whipped it into shape. I can go to any tidal wave location and my 4runner may get clean but when I visit this location it shines like it’s brand new. The attention to detail is compared to none other.
