Me and my family went here today for a family outing I brought my wife with me and she now loves it just as much as we do. The food is amazing the brisket is so tender. The service is fast and efficient. They are very polite. And they stay on top of us. It wasn't too busy when we were there. But I'm sure it does get busy. I would definitely drive 47 minutes any day for this meal.

Wow! We came here after visiting Larriland farms (also recommend ) and it was perfect. The sauce options are unique and tasty! Everything on the menu looked great and it was hard to choose.

Taylor knocked it out of the park. Best service I've had in years. She was friendly and gave great suggestions. The food was beyond delicious. And the portion sizes were huge. We will be back!!

Best bbq around! Great prices, great food, and great service. They offer a rotating draft beer list as well as flights at a decent price. Not particularly impressed with the salads and wraps, but if you stick to the bbq and sandwich options, you'll likely be pleased. They offer 4 house-made bbq sauce options - try them all, but the black raspberry steals the show (update: it's now red raspberry, but still delish). You can even bring a bottle home (we keep one in the fridge and like to give them as a gift). Don't sleep on the pulled pork eggrolls!

CarterQue catered our 180+ person wedding in Frederick, MD last month and they were by far the best vendor we worked with. Nearly a hundred emails, a few phone calls, and a couple in-person meetings led to the most perfect dinner at our wedding. Colleen Y. is absolutely AMAZING to work with.

We had CarterQues catered for our daughters graduation party of 30 people. We picked up the food, and oh my goodness!!!! The food was DELICIOUS! Everyone raved about it! 10/10🎉🎉. We will be coming back for sure.

CarterQue has proper brisket! That should be all you need to hear about a BBQ joint because if they can't do brisket, then nothing else will be on point either. With CarterQue, have no fear! The brisket is solid and the atmosphere is nice. And, don't shy away from the spicy sauce. It's not that hot.

Love this place. I’ve never had a bad meal. Tried the CQ Streak and Cheese and it was amazing. Brisket was tender and flavorful. Fries are the bomb too. My daughter had the pit turkey and loved it as well. The raspberry barbecue sauce is so good!

Awesome place! Visiting from NJ, my family and I went here for dinner. The service was quick and efficient, the people were friendly, and the food was terrific!!

The service at “Carterque” was excellent. Our server (Lacey) was top notch, attentive and genuine. From the appetizers of Que balls and the Pig Tots to the dinner meal, it was all delicious and tasty. Carterque exceeded all our expectations! Our family especially enjoyed the Pig Tots appetizer and also the Black Raspberry Grillin Sauce. We purchased a bottle to take home. Lacey offered and brought us a bottle. The sauce was a real crowd-pleaser! Highly recommend Carterque!

Quickly sat on an early Sunday afternoon. The BBQ brisket was phenomenal, the weekend special crab dip grilled cheese sandwich was awesome and the craft beer poured cold and plentiful. We will be back!

Fantastic!!! You need to get the Bacon Cheeseburger Dip, dear lord it is fantastic. I had Brisket Sandwich which had the lean brisket. It was tender and moist and perfect amount of smoke. Others had the pulled pork and pulled chicken platters that were also great. The Mac-n-Cheese is the best BBQ place Mac-n-cheese I've ever tasted. Green Beans are also very good. Only miss were the Hushpuppies. Not bad, but not as good as everything else. We will absolutely be back!!!

The food is always delicious and filling. The staff is always friendly and takes great care of their customers. It can be a little crowded, but we've never had to wait long for a table.

Loved it! First visit, and we will be back! The pork ribs and rotisserie chicken were delicious as were the side dishes.

Excellent barbecue with friendly, efficient service. We especially enjoy their patio seating. A fun and relaxing place!
