AT&T Store

Visited this location about a month ago, and I couldn’t have more praise for Dylan. I had a convoluted issue, and he patiently and thoroughly explained my options. We eventually found a solution, and words hardly express my gratitude for Dylan’s kindness, compassion, attentive listening, and assistance that day. AT&T, I hope Dylan’s pay is commensurate to his quality of service, because he’s outstanding - if it weren’t for him, I’d already be with another provider.

CJ and Jacob were very efficient and helpful. I was visiting from out of state and stopped by to get a new iPhone and they helped me get the new phone set up fast and properly.

if the affordable act does not show up in the transfer to a new phone and if it doesnt get credited then it seems like a problem with at&t when it is not the case ---app continues to show the credited amount presenting a false

Brenda's service was fast and efficient. She keeps a clean store, and is professional and knowledgeable. I wish her a great success at her new location and her career with AT&T.

My dad was having a tough time with his phone. We went into this store very frustrated. Jose helped my dad work through everything step by step with such a patient, positive and helpful personality. Making this such a easy, useful and good experience. It was nice to see how Jose's positive interaction with my dad melted my dads frustration away with minutes of the initial interaction! Jaime Valetino is absolutely a customer service ROCKSTAR!!! We came in with quite the conundrum of issues and he not only helped us a quick as he could we laughed pretty hard several times as this man is entertaining! So positive and a wonderful employee, we are very thankful for his help, and to now have at&t as our service provider!

Had the opportunity to work with David Travis yesterday, which happened to be his first day. David is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to help my wife get the phone (upgrade) that she was looking for and was able to assist her into getting some much needed accessories. This store is awesome and more user friendlier than the previous store that was by Noodles and Co. You do not have to drive to the promenade shops anymore. They can service your needs here. Thanks again David, you made it a pleasant experience.

Needed a simple clarification on my bill. Garrett understood my concern and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I didn't purchase anything but will absolutely go back and request his assistance again.

I want to thank Garrett at this particular AT&T store. I bought a kid's watch from Amazon for my 10 year old grandson. Initially I had gone to the store off Ken Pratt Blvd in Longmont. And, was greeted poorly and received NO help. I decided to try the store in Loveland on Sculptor Dr. I am very glad I did. Garret went above and beyond to help me!! I would highly recommend this particular AT&T store and salesman if you need help. Thank you so much Garret!! You ROCK!!

I was buying a new phone. Garrett was able to help me immediately and to answer all of my questions. He gave me a couple options for pricing and walked me through both options, so I could make the best decision for me..

Brenda is the face of this AT&T store. She is always so warm and welcoming, and doesn't mind answering my many questions. Brenda is 100% efficient, brilliant, thoughtful, extra aware of everyone's problems and the situation at hand. They don't come any better and is perfect, and will go to the top. She only makes AT&T look better.

The last time I was in the store was on aMonday, Brenda's day off. The gentleman working that day, Randy, never greeted me or said hello. He didn't greet any customers who came into the store. After waiting over 2 hours, I was finally helped. Randy snooped through my phone, kept asking who my contacts were, and wouldn't let me see what he was doing on my phone. Randy was very dirty, and unkempt. I'm extremely handicapped, I have to walk with 2 canes. He never offered assistance, and I finally asked if there was a chair I could sit in. He pointed to the back of the store and said that I could grab one of those chairs.Finally, another customer in the store got the chair for me sit in. His unwillingness to help me in anyway was frustrating.

I was having issues with my old iPhone. I took a Samsung galaxy 7 to trade in on a Samsung galaxy 22. Jorden and Thomas were extremely helpful through the whole process of switching phones.

David Travis at the loveland e store did a fantastic job setting my husband up with a new phone. He was very informative and helpful with deals and promotions. It was super easy and fast.

Awesome store! Great service, helped me save money by bundling a few items on my account, and got me a great deal on my new phone and trade in! Convenient location too. Will be back!

I needed a fast upgrade. We drove from Estes Park to Loveland and met David Travis at this AT&T store. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and saved me some cash!!!!! I highly recommend you go see David!!!!
