Brian was attentive, understanding, helpful, professional, and just plain awesome!!! Helped me understand what was going on with the new circuit board in my dryer and tested to make sure it was heating properly. He is the best!!!!

My technician was there when he said he would be. He was very friendly, efficient and professional even with interruptions from other technicians. Great experience.

Technician did a good job. I do wish the accuracy of the communication was better as far as arrival time goes

Getting started on a claim can be a little confusing

Absolutely ridiculous! Took 4 trips and over a month to get my Washing machine fixed. You would think they could do a full diagnostics test to figure it out, Nope! Ohh try this, that’s not it, order another part and wait. Ok try this, nope that’s not it either. Order another part and wait. At this point, they replaced every part except the drum and exterior.
