Found a nail in my tire today when I went out and saw that it was flat. Panicked, I called Tracy's after they came up first on Google (with high ratings) and they, graciously, got me in and back on the road ASAP. The customer service was excellent and I definitely recommend their shop. I fully plan to go back for any service that's not covered by my dealership warranty.

First time using Tracy's Auto Repair this week, and I'm very pleased with their service! Everyone was super friendly, they took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and outlined next steps. The price was fair, and I couldn't believe how quickly they got my Jeep back to me. If I have any future issues, I'll definitely use Tracy's again!

My husband and I were on our way to VA and we overfilled our oil tank! We stopped at Tracy’s and they quickly pull our car in, drained the oil, and replaced it. For the short time we were there, they were polite, professional, and willing to help us out in a pinch! Top notch people.

Had my water pump on a 2013 Ford Taurus 3.5 V6 go out. Called some shops and since the water pump is inside the engine hooked to the drive chain, they were afraid to do the job. Called Tracy's Auto Repair and they gave me a quick and complete estimate. Quite a big difference in price from some of the other shops that said they would even do the job. Had the car back in two days. Running great with no leaks!! They had to be careful with the timing of the car and it runs perfect. They get all my cars from now on. They stayed within budget and since they had the engine open, gave me a complete drive chain kit with all new parts along with the water pump. Happy, Happy, Happy!

I took my 2015 Escape to Tracy’s for what is probably one of the most complicated services that can be made to the engine. The repair was done on time, but wasn’t quite right. When I returned the car to Tracy’s, they did everything they could to correct the issue, and it was resolved. We are all human, mistakes are inevitable, but the true measure of a business, as what they do when your mistakes made, and Tracy’s did it right.

We are from out of town, and are on a long term camping journey. We've been to Tracy's twice, with our F250 and both times they were professional and prompt. They also provided us a loaner vehicle. The thing that is exciting for me is that we have an appointment for them to service the wheels and axles on our travel trailer as we leave the county, rather than having to break camp and set up again. They are very accommodating.

Top notch customer service. I called early in the morning with a "crisis" and Tracy discussed it with me and made room in his busy schedule to get my car in. After getting my vehicle in his shop, his team was wonderful trying to find a solution to repair my car at the lowest cost for me. I've had my truck there for a transmission repair and ignition coil replacement. I was very satisfied with the repairs and the service in general. Would recommend.

By far the best mechanic I've ever had, and my brother is a mechanic. Doesn't try and make you fix something just to make a buck. The girls in the office are very nice and the waiting room is pleasant to sit in. I recommend Tracy to all my friends.

I took my new car in for a state vehicle inspection, having first made an appointment. While the place was a bit hard to see from the road (I drove past it initially), the service was friendly, with a prompt call once the inspection was completed. I'd highly recommend them.

Tracy is the person that was recommended to me by more than a few informed Thurmont friends and has proven worthy of their praise. He is also very personable, very easy to communicate with, and has hired the best, and loyal office personnel.
