Firestone Complete Auto Care

Thank you to everyone at Firestone for helping me yesterday. I'm not from the area, but my tire blew out on 131 as I was driving through, and not only were they open and available on Sunday, unlike a lot of shops, but they were friendly, helpful, courteous, professional, and concerned. Matt was the only staff member I spoke with, but I know there were other staff members who worked on my car yesterday, and I am so grateful to all of you! The service was very fast, which I appreciated so much, as I was in a rush to get home to deal with an emergency in my family. The pricing was also phenomenal. Thank you for sharing helpful knowledge about my tires for my family's safety and optimal performance of my car. I highly recommend Firestone because of their caring and capable staff, their business practices, and very affordable and fair pricing. These are very trustworthy people, and I feel lucky to have found them yesterday. Thank you!!!

Brought a tire in to be patched after hitting a nail. Was told it wasn't repairable (too close to the shoulder) so needed a new tire. The tire I needed wasn't in stock, so they ordered a tire. When it arrived I noticed it wasn't the same brand and model as the other three on the vehicle. I was told that they don't carry the brand I had, so they substituted a Bridgestone equivalent without telling me. I wasn't happy, to say the least!

Thankfully, they told me they could get the tire I required that same day and have it mounted. The bonus was the tire I needed was pricier, but they discounted it so that I paid only the originally-quoted price. Excellent customer service and will come back for my tire and balancing needs.

I bring my vehicle for service to the Firestone location on Plainfield Avenue N.E., Grand Rapids, MI as they continue to always handle my vehicle's service needs promptly and in a timely manner, and Matt and the other employees are always friendly, helpful and professional.

These guys are Totally AMAZING they were so nice and friendly. I came in last minute end of day and they took care of me. I had had such a bad day and they took care of that especially when they went to start my car and my battery finally had it and was dead. I felt so bad. They said they were going to take care of things and they did.

Can't recommend this location enough. They, like all, aren't perfect, but they own their service and stand by it. I've given them free reign to rack up a bill on services before and they've come back to me recommending other options, or advising me it isn't needed. They are truly professional, and they want you to leave happy and come back confident. You can trust them.

I have had my auto service needs met at my previous residence (Dewitt New York) and for the past 2 years at the Plainfield location in Michigan. I also bought the latest set of tires at the Lansing Michigan store on Saginaw highway because of an emergency situation. All of these store plus others in Missouri have been ver satisfactory.

Jake and Alex were amazing young men to work with. Honest about what needed to be done to my car. And was very knowledgeable. Will definitely bring my car back here to get work done!! Thank you guys!

Drove in from Detroit for the tulip festival and shortly after arriving, discovered a tire had gone flat. Called around and luckily not only was this location accepting cars towards the end of the day (5:30pm) but they also were able to replace my back two tires (for cheap) and show immense kindness and hospitality!

Bryce and his team saved my husband and I's trip, our weekend, possibly our lives (the tires were down to the threads), and we are so grateful and appreciative.

Currently surrounded by tulips and it's all because of Bryce and firestone!

Was so pleased with the service I got at Firestone! They got my car in, looked at and fixed within two days on a weekend. Everyone was very professional and very kind. Would highly recommend in the future.

Quality tires at competitive prices, and watch for the sales, I saved over $300 on 4 tires compared to other offers.

I got a nail in my tire and they were very quick and professional to get me in and fixed up!

Happy to get my car in over the weekend, and the tech being able to resolve the issue with a low cost since it was a minor issue. We also use them for all our are tires. The store is in a great location, and it's easy to make an appointment since they are open 7 days a week.

So much better than the Firestone on 28th Street. They fixed the mistakes those guys made and were fast and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced.

Bryce and Noah rocked! Got a flat from a nail and screw in my tire. They took care of us in 1 hour in and out. Worked with the location at Wyoming, MI (Nicholas is the man there!) and got us taken cared of and very great work. Purchased tires in the past and done service in the past. Now for a tire repair and still 5 stars~!

Firestone does a good job. Can't say I have ever been disappointed. Biggest thing, I think, is honest and trustworthy. Always feel like they have my best interest in their mind. That's a big deal and not always easy to find when searching for automotive service.

Amazing service. This morning I woke up to a flat tire when I was already planning on going to get my oil changed. I recently moved in, so I do not have access to tools to put my spare on. Fire stone was the only place open in the area and without appointment, took in my vehicle and promised to get me back on the road the same day. they very graciously called before they started any service to make sure I was OK with it. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford the only tires they had in stock, so free of charge they put my spare on for me and put it right back out in the parking lot for me to come pick up. I will be back for those tires!

They have proven trustworthy and caring. They are extremely focused in providing the best care for my car and for me as a customer.

I've been coming here for quite a number of times these past few months and they've been great each time. The complete vehicle inspection is very fair in terms of pricing and they look over a lot of things in the car that most places would charge $50-60. Nick has provided amazing customer service and is upfront and honest about pricing, recommendations, and repairs.

Firestone on Plainfield is my Go-to place for all my car care repairs. Knowledgeable, efficient and conveniently located. No concerns at this time.

Every time I bring my car in, these folks shoot straight with me and clearly explain what is going on with the problems I'm having. They have the cheapest possible inspection of I believe $10. They've done two on my car since I've had it, and both times they were completely honest with me in saying nothing is wrong. Where many shops could easily say one or two things are wrong to juice up the bill, they do not do that. I trust these folks with my car, and I appreciate their customer service and their honesty.
