QDOBA Mexican Eats

We just left after dining in with our family of 5. The staff was SO friendly and welcoming! Thank you for being so great! Would much rather dine in here than go through a drive thru fast food place. Can’t beat the customer service! Especially the gal running the cash register. Thank you!!

This location is especially great. The food is always delicious and the staff are so kind and helpful. Never had a bad experience here :)

Service at this Qdoba has significantly improved. In the past it has been short and unfriendly. This time, I was greeted with smiles, given patience and workers were kind enough to repeat questions for me (I think they could tell I was a tired mom, just trying to get dinner for her family).

Had an amazing experience at Qdoba! The food was absolutely awesome - fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. It was some of the best I've encountered. Quick, friendly, and efficient, the staff made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a great casual dining experience!

Order food for delivery thru door dash . Never got my order message was sent that my order was handed to me . I went to Qdoba spoke to the manager he told his staff to remake it . That’s good customer service thank you .

I go here often for a quick brunch/lunch! The staff is friendly and gets me through the line and back to work quickly. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. Compared to many restaurants, the burrito bowl is a good value for the amount of food!

The staff was so attentive and kind. I had brought my elderly father with and he sat at a table and waited. Long line and one of the staff came to check on him. So nice! Told them it was my dad's 1st time, and they made a big deal of it and came and chatted in between.

The employees were super busy because of the Halloween deal going on. An older couple wasn’t sure how to get the deal up on the app and one of the employees took the time to help them. They were still working on it when I left but I assume they got it to work for them which was really nice to see, especially being as swamped as they were. Great service!

Nice location, good food, nice people. We had a coupon to use on the app but the systems are soooo not integrated. It is illogical how it works and the employees do not have it in their power to help. Qdoba needs IT help with their apps!

This Qdoba is a great restaurant! The service is amazing, and the staff is always polite. They serve you amazingly from the line to the cashier. The food is delicious, and they give good portions of food.

Just wanted to compliment the staff this evening. Very nice, polite and friendly young girls working there. Stopped by with the family on the way home from skiing trip. We had kids and took time to make decisions but workers were so patient and accommodating. Thank you for that! Food was great too.

Our Qdoba stop at the Fitchburg location was the best Qdoba stop we’ve had yet! The workers were extremely friendly, prompt, and clearly had passion for what they do. We will be visiting again!

Love this Qdoba! The food is always fresh & delicious and the staff is so helpful and kind. It’s one of my routine places when I need a midday lunch from work.

Probably the best Qdoba restaurant in the whole Madison area! Always clean, big bright windows, friendly staff, and the food is always fresh and hot--even between the lunch and dinner hours. These guys even have gone above and beyond suggesting new menu items (and were happy to just send me to my table with a small sample so I could know if I wanted to try it on my next visit). They just went through a remodel a month or so ago--so this location is even better now!

I always go here because all the food is fresh, they serve me quickly with a very good attitude and all the employees are very friendly thank you for your service.

I just took my son here for his birthday because he was begging me for rice. I got him a bowl of plain rice and a burrito for me and the staff there was so nice. After the one worker found out it was my son's birthday, he went in the
back and got him a cookie and then he paid for our meal. I cannot stress enough how grateful I was for that. I never did catch his name, but I hope he sees this and gets the recognition he deserves.

I believe this to be my absolute favorite Qdoba. I come in quite regularly and always am served fresh food. They have a new prep cook and he told me he made the chicken fresh the same day and that he had prepped it a couple hours earlier ! I love that it was fresh and ready to go into a burrito of my choice! Another thing I notice they are always so friendly to me and smile with good eye contact . This makes me feel like a valued customer and I Will never stop coming back.
