Progressive Automotive and Alignment

Me and my pops have been using Progressive now for 20+ years. The honesty we get from the people here is worth it's weight in gold. They also do fantastic work. Win win.

The last few weeks have been hard on Progressive because they've been short staff. That means we had to wait an extra week or so to check out 2 vehicles. Because of the quality service, we were happy to wait because we knew no one else would do such good work.

I’ve been using Progressive since we moved to Purcellville back in April 2021and I am very pleased with the quality of service and costs, I always do a drop off the night before which is very convenient for me and I never have trouble getting an appointment when needed. Check in and check out is quick and easy and the staff are great to work with, I highly recommend you give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I have a 2015 Ford Escape requires extra love and care when repairing. Jeff's team takes great care of her and figuring out her issues and providing regular maintenance. 5 outta 5 in my book. I've lived here a long time and have never actually gone here even though all of my close friends have and they are always happy. They definitely lived up to the recommendation.

- they're familiar with electric vehicles including my new Rivian
- The prices are reasonable
- you can actually get an appointment
- not only close by but have a nice waiting area if you're waiting for the vehicle

I’m a new customer, I called and got an appointment for alignment, emissions, and , dropped my car off that day for the following. They had my car done by the time I was off work and picked up within 24 hours! Progressive Automotive runs like a well oiled machine (pun not intended). Highly recommend for your car needs.

Totally satisfied with the work done, in fact I live in southwest Virginia and held off getting my car serviced until I was coming up to northern Virginia just so I could get the work done at Progressive. I’ve been coming here for years and have always been happy with their work.
