Rusty's Fire Place & Chimney

Good communication from day one...told us everything we needed to know to install the high efficiency stove we wanted. Walked us through potential problems with the mantle that was in place in the existing fireplace and always kept us in the loop before, during and after installation. Great experience! Rusty and his team were awesome!

I can't say enough about these guys. They work hard and did a great and very professional job. Lee impressed me as a very consciousness worker. He reduced our bill since they didnt need all of the materials that they thought they would.

Rusty showed up to my home when he said he would, did a really good job, friendly, and used his expertise to make short work on my tricky broken pellet stove. His price was excellent, especially considering he is in very high demand. Worth the wait IMO

Awesome experience with these guys. We have had lots of issues with our fireplace leaking into our basement. We had several companies out to assess the issues. Rusty's seemed to have a balanced solution at a reasonable price. They came out and did the work they recommended and we have noticed near 100% improvement. The one minor leak we are still having is likely related to the build of our chimney. Lee and Rusty were very knowledgeable in speaking to this and offering the best solution available, outside of rebuilding that part of the chimney.

I can't believe a business still exists that offers the level of customer service that they do! Rusty is great and I highly recommend them. He helped me over the phone and diagnosed my problem even though my stove is years past any warranty. If you are considering a pellet stove or other heating appliance this is the place to buy. You won't regret it.

Rusty's installed our wood stove several years ago and has been cleaning it since. Excellent people - would recommend to anyone. Reaching the top of the chimney is not easy on our house but they don't seem to have a problem reaching it.

Earlier this summer we had them come out to fix the topwash of the chimney (they didn't do the original work). It wasn't done to Rusty's standards and Rusty came out personally 3-4 times until they got it right. Also his office staff is excellent.

Rusty's has professionally cleaned and serviced my Harmon pellet stove twice. They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and are very efficient and clean during their service visits. This year they also replaced my ignitor. They do quality work and their prices are reasonable. Unbelievable how much better my stove works when it's been properly serviced.

We hired Rusty's to install glass doors and reface our old brick fireplace with natural stone. Rusty and his crew did a great job - the stone looks awesome. The sales and customer service team were great to work with also - very helpful throughout the entire process

I can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Rusty's. They replaced an old wood burning stove in our basent, along with having to replace the exhaust chimney piping that was not easily accessible. They needed to cut a hole in our bedroom wall to remove and replace the piping. Not only did they complete the job on one of the coldest days of the year, in much less time than they estimated, they thoroughly cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. They did such a good job installing the stove and chimeny and cleaning up, you wouldn't have even known they were here. They did a great job repairing the wall, so all we had to do was spackle and paint. They also had inspected the chimney when we first moved in, and recommended that we didn't use it due to the age and condition. It was clear to see when it was replaced that it would have been very unsafe if we had used it. Great job, and thank you so much!

Kind, courteous, and no pressure sales team! I called for advice after another company had come to do an inspection. They advised I do some research and stated their methods of chimney repairs. It was great that they empowered me to make decisions and gave sound unbiased advice. I went into the store a few weeks later and we are getting a whole new fireplace insert installed soon. Rusty himself came out to do the pre-inspection. Everyone has been super professional and very patient with my (many) questions.

We ordered a high end fireplace that had some issues. It would blacken up on the glass. Rusty worked with the manufacturer and fixed it. He even painted the outside of my house where we had black stains. As life goes sometimes, things not always as planned. Rusty stepped up and made it right. I would highly recommend

Hard to get out here, but knowledgeable and honest. Got our most problematic unit up and running in under 2 hours - any other company would have tried to upsell us on a new unit. Would recommend.
