From the moment I stepped in their Hamilton store to the measuring and installation, the whole process could not have been better. Steve, Sophia and the installer were great. The quality and variety of products makes for a very pleasant experience delivered on time.

Outstanding communication and customer service - so good that this is the second time I have used them — 15 years apart. The sales lead came to my home at the appointed time, asked what I wanted to achieve, measured, and then we shopped. Made my install appointment and the installer was in and out, including clean up, in 45 minutes. I highly recommend the entire team and their products.

I couldn’t be happier with the service, quality, selection and installation of our shades. All the staff were helpful, polite and efficient and the blinds were ready and installed quickly with no problems. They even tightened a few shades that we had installed by another company. We also qualify for a tax credit using honeycomb insulated blinds. Thank you everyone!

We had blinds and shutters installed throughout the house. The whole process, from beginning to end, went very smoothly. I called to request an estimate and someone came out within a few days. The representative answered all my questions and measured the windows. She even helped me figure out how we could install shutters in a very tight space in our powder room. The installer did a fabulous job and all the window coverings looked perfect! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and quite pleasant to work with. We love the blinds and shutters and the quality of thr products we chose is exceptional. I would highly recommend using this company.

Blind Shade and Shutter is excellent. We had new windows installed and needed to replace some old blinds. Initially, I thought I wanted a certain blind which was expensive. Instead of trying to sell me this particular blind, they started with a reasonably priced quality blind which provided everything we needed plus they had some features we did not know we wanted. I was phoned with an update on the status of our order, and our blinds arrived earlier than expected. The installation was quick and I am beyond thrilled with the quality!!! I can’t recommend this company enough, and I wish all stores provided this level of customer service.

I went to this company when another one had been totally unresponsive. Not only were they responsive, they were proactive, understanding of the situation, and professional. They helped me with my issues quickly, at a fair price, and even ordered new products to replace the ones that were under warranty even though they did not do the original installation (I wish they had). It is nice to know there are still businesses like this out there.

We have used BS&S Co several times: Once for our family room which has windows floor to ceiling on 2 sides. We had them install plantation shutters- beautiful! We’ve received so many compliments on that room just for the shutters. We also had them add blinds in our kitchen. Just yesterday we had them install a cafe style plantation shutter treatment in our newly remodeled bathroom. It was the perfect thing to finish off the room. the BS&S Co sells a wonderful product but their customer service is what sets them apart. We couldn’t be happier and will use them again if we have the need.

Excellent service. Delivery of shutters was within the estimated timeframe. Installation went perfectly and the installers were courteous and cleaned up after installation.
