Absolutely wouldn't hesitate to rent bikes from here again. They test the bikes that have come back from rental to make sure they are running fine before they go out again. Plus I ended up purchasing a bike which I just love. Barbara was super friendly and helpful with everything. The staff just have a lovely attitude which makes all the difference these days.

This is the best bike shop we have ever encountered anywhere: the Hamptons, Hudson Valley or Manhattan. They saved our weekend on a busy summer Saturday afternoon by replacing both tires and tubes after a serious flat. They also solved a huge problem we had in finding a bike rack for our rented SUV. They sold and installed the perfect model. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. We cannot thank them enough.

Friendly, efficient. We rented a tandem bike. When we got a flat, they drove out to meet us in the middle of our trip and fixed it on the spot. Highly recommend

This shop is my go-to! They are near the beach, state parks, shopping, and a lot of beautiful neighborhoods. Each time they have gone above and beyond to make my trip special.
Yesterday, when I fell off my bike, they sent a truck to pick up the bikes and drove me to urgent care at no cost. I feel safe and sound with this family-owned business.

During the ride to Montauk on May 21 my rear derailleur suddenly snapped and stopped the wheel cold. I got a ride with a policeman to the nearest ride checkpoint and a friendly local woman at the stop happened to notice the mishap and offered to take me and the crippled bike to Amagansett Beach & Bicycle just a mile and a half from where I broke down. I accepted without pause and upon arrival the owner of the shop walked out, noticed the problem, and called his chief mechanic to take a look. Without hesitation they replaced the derailleur, re-trued the wheels, and got me back out on the ride in less than half an hour.
The service was exceptional and the shop owners were very relaxed and friendly, keeping me buoyed with some humor while I waited for the repairs. I would most certainly come back to this shop again, even just to say "hi" and thanks for saving the day and making me feel better. This shop is top notch.
