Very good selection of tacos & tortas (sandwiches). They have seasonal aguas frescas as well, very refreshing.

Even its an small place, not sumptuous but the food is very good, very nice and polite customer service. Its very Mexican place with affordable prices for the area. Great surprise!

Absolutely. Delicious!! Whole snapper was amazing. Mofongo was authentic and so wonderfully garlicky. But the winner of the meal was the flan. Oh and the mojito!! The red beans and rice could be a meal on their own.

La Fondita is our absolute favorite casual Mexican restaurant in the Hamptons. Order food at the counter and then sit outside on the picnic tables. Everything is great.

No real indoor seating but a convenient take away spot w outdoor picnic tables. Parking available (thankfully) courtesy of the empty diner lot next door. The food is great! Fish or shrimp tacos were both excellent and priced reasonably given the location. Also give the tortas a try. Surprisingly delicious.

I'm not going to tell you how great the food is. The color of this guacamole speaks for itself. But yeah the food is authentic and fresh.

We love La Fondita! The food is always fresh (we often get the bowls) and we have never had to wait long for our takeout orders. We love grabbing dinner here and heading down to Atlantic Ave or Indian Wells and having dinner on the beach. They also have limited outdoor seating.

Had them cater a big event and everything was perfect. We got chicken, pork, and beef tacos as well as quesadillas. Perfectly cooked and marinated. The salsa and guacamole was outstanding, nice and spicy! Great for reheating as well! Will definitely order from here again.

A hidden gem before you hit Montauk. They have awesome tacos. Definitely stop before you get to your destination out East.

I’m never disappointed by La Fondita. Very good selection of Mexican dishes and excellent housemade hot sauces. Good for takeout. For dine-in, only outdoor picnic tables available.

As a Texas expat, I was so happy to find La Fondita! Seriously, the best tacos I have ever had! Wonderful vegetarian options! The salsas and chips are fantastic and the horchata was also superb. Couldn’t rave about La Fondita enough!

Tried all the tacos and not a bad bite in the bunch. Easy to order just the way you like and service was quick and friendly all around. Delicious!

I just love this place. Haven't been in a really long time (last time might have been 2018 or 2019). So it was so refreshing to visit this weekend and enjoy the foods I remember. The outdoor seating looks so much better. Well worth the drive!

Food is amazing. You can get the best Nachos and Burritos in the area. The only con is that ppl confuse it with the restaurant next to it which for some reason is not that good

Grab a taco (best in the area) some rice and beans, and a frozen margarita from Coche and a picnic table and just hang for a few before you make your way to the sand.

We came on a Saturday and received our food in a timely manner. We had the Tamales which were wrapped in banana leaf [as it should ( ; ]
Carnitas, Quesadillas ... They did not miss a beat!
My SIL [who is Mexican] and I both agree... easily the best Mexican food we have had in a long time, both in and out of Mexico. I was hesitant to leave this review because I can already see this place getting busy as people get the word out, but the accolades are well-deserved.

We have been here a number of times. The food and atmosphere have always been fantastic.
