CUTCO Kitchen Store

Well this was my first time visit to the Cutco Kitchen Store and I must say that I was very impressed with the selection of some of the finest cutlery money can buy. I have always been a huge Cutco fan, having grown up in a household where my mother could not live without her Cutco products. I also am a happy Cutco owner and took two of my knives in for the free sharpening that all Cutco knives have available in their lifetime warranty. Cutco is a bit "upscale" but it's worth every penny as they all come with a "forever" warranty even if your knives are passed down from another family member. They have ample parking available and masks are optional at this time.

Brought in my entire homemakers set to be sharpened and the process was very simple and fast. They have a huge assortment of knives and other kitchen gadgets on display. I love that I can see the knives in person before making the investment. They also do free classes there, I plan on attending some when I can.

Also, Ken from your Novi store is very friendly and efficient, although I came in to bring knives to get sharpened, I ended up buying half the store.

Ken is wonderful. He remembers his clients, and is genuinely interested in them. He even remembered that I had been wishing to purchase the cleaver for 2 years, but had to wait until I was working again. Yesterday, I went and bought it. He was just as happy for me that I got a job, as he was to sell me the cleaver! Thanks Ken!

Ken provided a ton of information about the care and sharpening of my non-Cutco knives, which I brought in to be sharpened. Very nice staff. Set up well with beautiful and fun kitchen items. I LOVE my Cutco knives I have had them for over 25 years. My parents owned Cutco and said they are the best. Even if you aren't look for knives they have a lot of other unique kitchen gadgets. Stop in because they don't pressure you on anything. Just learned they do classes too. My knives are being sharpened after 25 years, looking forward to getting them back because I miss them.

Great experience. My husband and I were acknowledged upon entering by Ken even though the store was busy. We have had our Cutco since 1969 and just learned that this store would examine our items and determine if they could sharpen or repair at no charge or if they should be sent to NY. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I am so proud to say that I own Cutco and glad to have found this Cutco Kitchen store.

As the other reviewers report Ken is very helpful and accommodating. Has a lot of items in the store and a larger footprint of Cutco options than you could find elsewhere. Will enjoy my purchase for life.

Have had Cutco knives for 17 years during 2 home builds and moves. We are AWESOMELY pleased with the knives and the service at the NOVI store and Ken. What we have liked over the years is the "sharpening services," with no hassles and, if they cannot be sharpened, they are replaced. Thank you, Ken and staff! BTW, will be buying more for gifts....😁

I have owned CUTCO for almost 30 years. There is nothing that I have ever come across that I can use every single day and not think twice about how I take care of it (and have it look as good today as it did when I bought it!)

When they opened the CUTCO store, it made getting service and additional items (either as gifts or to add to my set) so incredibly convenient. Furthermore, the store manager, Ken has helped me with CUTCO for over 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly an amazingly helpful.

I have done very few Google reviews but this one for me Is a no-brainer. I encourage you to treat yourself to the highest quality product that is made in the USA!

Spoke with Ken over the phone about an issue with a gift card. His customer service was spectacular and helped us figure out the issue and purchase our knives. Will be coming back to him again!

LOVE my Cutco knives and coming into the store in Novi to see what is new to add to my collection! Our family has had Cutco for decades and best part is the free sharpening so our knives are always in perfect condition after all these years! Ken's store is one of the best in the nation for a reason, always neat, looking sharp, and greeted with a smile :)

I dropped in the other day. I was a little worried it was going to be a bunch of high pressure salesman like abc warehouse. Not at all. Ken was great to talk with and gave me a great price on a couple sweet knives. I’ll definitely be back. Check them out.

Best knives with free sharpening... I have owned mine since 1984 and my knife block recently broke .. no hassle replacement.. The handles are comfortable in your hand while using them.. Best kitchen purchase you can make.... LOVE, LOVE LOVE

Great selection. Best part is you get to take them home that day instead of waiting for a week for the factory to get them shipped out to you. I missed her name but the girl working that day really knows her stuff and was able to help me narrow down to what I would actually use instead of just another knife to fill my block.

Cutco is a awesome store with great sales staff. Ken was great to work with. Highly recommend for all your cutlery needs. Once you use Cutco products you will donate all the rest of your knives to the salvation army.

Ken at the Novi store gets 5 stars from me. He is one hard worker and really knows his products. No high pressure either. Keep up the good work Ken.
