Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Amazing place. Unfortunately the short stuff is affecting the service due to long waits for a table. Our waitress was amazing and food was good. Endless bread stick, salad and soup is always amazing.

Even though Italian food is not my favorite but I love this place. The atmosphere, food everything I tried were great. They have lunch specials for weekdays that perfect for us because the dinner size is too much food for us, friendly staff, great place business lunch, to hangout, chill or go out on a date and dinner with family.

The food is always outstanding! The service is efficient & the entire overall feel of this location is lovely.

I've never really had a bad experience at this Olive garden. The staff is always super friendly and the one girl who brought my food to my car cuz I got pick up was just so sweet and had the biggest smile and was just happy to be at work. It could have been that it was a gorgeous day outside and she was just happy to be outside, I'm not sure. But she was really friendly super smiley and sweet as pie and I'll be back

I placed my order online. It was ready in 15 minutes As stated I just got some Olga bread and dressing for my dinner. I made that night I warmed the bread up the dressing was perfect for my salad . Everything was so good. I’m glad I went to them. Nice location also very clean, professional.

Excellent service, the manager checked on us and our server was kind, enthusiastic and in the ball. This manager is doing a wonderful job keep up the good work. Exceeded expectations!

They were so busy, but our waiter had such great timing and went above and beyond to be sure we had a great experience!! I think he said his name was Mo? Or Mel? He's in nursing school... he was so cheerful and just a joy! The food was awesome, always well worth the price, and I still got to have some leftovers to eat again later!!!

Today we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Olive Garden in Novi, and our experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Manager Adam Walker.

From the moment we arrived, Adam was exceptionally friendly and attentive. He went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue we encountered, displaying a level of understanding and sincerity that exceeded our expectations. His helpfulness and genuine care for our experience made our special evening even more memorable.

Adam's exceptional qualities as a manager were not just evident at our table. We noticed him offering the same high level of service to at least three other tables around us. His ability to make every guest feel valued and welcomed speaks volumes about his dedication and professionalism.

First time to enjoy italin food bht this was a great place to enjoy nice dining food.. Food was yummy.. place was great with good ambition.. I am vegetarian so food attendant suggested us with options and did customization according to that .. In dessert Tiramisu is best ... Visited on busy days so make sure you do reservations that will save your waiting time..

I usually come to this restaurant, most of the time food and service were good at this location.

The young man who sat us down had a stank attitude but the waiter we had was fantastic. The food was delicious. I would certainly go again.

Amazing food and very hospitable staff. The decor and ambience are mediocre but worth the trip.

This our first time in that location of Olive Garden!
I entered the waiting line online from their website the estimated time was 50 mins so I’m glad I made the reservation at home and until my family got ready and drive to their we arrived on time.
The place was nice, the host and the waitress was very nice and friendly.
The order didn’t take long to be ready.
The food was super delicious and our special requests was served quickly.
Another sweet thing from the waitress who served our food that she gave my little one special chocolates when we were leaving.
I’ll return back soon with my family.

The best chicken Alfredo I ever had was here. Also such a pretty place to be.

Super impressed with the service. Workers were very friendly and kind. Food was delicious and served very quickly. We were seated very fast, especially considering how long waitlists for restaurants are now that they are finally open and at a reduced capacity. This is also the nicest Olive Garden I’ve been to, in regards to the interior and atmosphere.

A little upset that they got rid of my favorite, Wild mushroom ravioli! The cheesy stuffed shells are delicious! My salad tonight was really fresh, too!
