I have had good luck at this location. They have the largest Yeti selection I have seen in lower Michigan. Good sales here and always have my size in clothing. Friendly staff and kept clean.

I went to the Novi location today and the two young lady cashiers were incredibly helpful. I bought a baseball mitt, a softball mitt, an umbrella, and a Mountain Dew (20 oz.) and a Propel (kiwi strawberry) for my daughter. The umbrella did not have a tag on it so there was some concern about how much it cost. I realized that I had not actually opened the umbrella to see if the tag was caught up inside the umbrella (though I had removed the cover but did not find the tag directly under the cover). I mentioned to the cashiers that I had not actually opened the umbrella to check for the tag. One of the cashiers did not want to open the umbrella, so I offered to go back to the rack and check other umbrellas by opening them. The other cashier kindly said that there was no need to do that but she would figure it out without having to open other umbrellas. She looked up the price of the umbrella on some electronic device and was able to find it that way (the drinks rang up just fine, and so did the mitts). She kindly verified the perceived price of one of the mitts. Once all of the confusion about the umbrella price was cleared up, the cashier also explained some useful information about the rewards program and a little about a credit card, and some differences therein. She seemed very knowledgeable about the reward program and her expertise really shined through. Very nice understanding of the program, ladies. Nice job.

Went to this location for a curbside pickup of a specific color kayak. Got there and the kayak in that color was not there. We had called the day before driving there to make sure it was. Zach the manager was more than helpful in remedying the situation as we drove an hour away just for this kayak. The customer service provided by Zach made an unfortunate situation turn out okay and we really appreciated it! Very clean store and well organized as well.

I'm the type of person that does a ton of research and reading of reviews before I buy new running shoes. I'm interested in high performance and loved a certain brand for years. I found that my shoes had caused bone spurs and had become painful. I needed shoes immediately for working out. I met Tasha in the shoe department and she was very knowledgeable about the products. I explained what I was looking for and she directed me to several options. I took her advice and am glad I did. I'll be on the lookout for her the next time I need running shoes.

I actually don't know which one is good to buy for my soccer shoes.

The staff there helped me to choose the one for my feet and the price was reasonable.

The parking is very convenient and there are sp many sports items.

I just had the most amazing experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Novi, MI (12 Mile/Novi Rd.) I called and spoke to Stefan regarding an exchange and then I went into the store and he was able to help me out so much. He went above and beyond. Excellent customer service!

The staff is always helpful to me. This week I forgot to grab something from upstairs and the cashier called to see if the item could be sent down. Then found out there was a second location by the cash register. I was impressed with him going up and above my expectations to help me out inside the store.

Excellent overall experience. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was quickly directed to the department I was looking for. The selection was great and the rep was very helpful. The checkout process was also very quick and smooth. I definitely plan to shop at this store again in the near future.

Big store with tons of products for every sport and out door activities. Despite being short handed, we were helped with the treadmills we were evaluating. They had stock and helped us load it in our vehicle.

Everyone from the manager, Kyle, to the associates at the counter, on the floor and even the ones helping me get it out of and into my car made my return of a defective product and subsequent purchase a great experience.

Deana the bike assembler was extremely helpful and fit my daughter with a new bike today. She even put a new kick stand on while we waited. Thanks to her for making the trip both successful and enjoyable.

Dick's Sporting Goods was wonderful. Great on the phone, bought $500 worth of Carhartt stuff there from a gentleman named William. Friendly, great attitude, very helpful, he sure was a whole lot taller than he sounded on the phone though LOL needed a couple of full sets of Carhartts and some boots, boots were on clearance great price. Car Hearts were full sets, very happy with my buy, taking care of the guys on the maintenance team. First time here, I'll be back.
