Panera Bread

We came in from Canada today to do some shopping of course. We stopped at this Panera Bread location on Novi Rd. and was given excellent service by Susan. She went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be back at this location,

The service here was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a few weeks ago from door dash and unfortunately my dasher took some food from my order. While the door dash side of the order isn’t really their issue and more of a door dash issue they were so helpful. Every person I talked to including first person on the customer service line and the managers. I wish I could remember her name but the manager I had was phenomenal. A few weeks ago I didn’t get my brownie and I just assumed maybe I’d never get it because it had been a while. I put in a new order today without ordering a brownie. Today I received a brownie with a note on it that said “here’s this since they took your brownie last time”

I find it hard to rate chains because they are what they are. This Panera measures up to all the others, their food and service were good. Nothing that was outstanding.. but it was as it should be.

They got my mobile orders correct and fast.

Order was ready on time! And the unlimited coffee / tea subscription is so worth it. Easy self serve and saves a ton of $$! Indoor seating is not available

Very nice staff. They forgot my soup, and when I called to tell them, they hand-mailed me a voucher for a free meal!

Really hopping place, gotta be patient. A lot more customers than worker bees. Food always good quality. Grounds in coffee, as soon as they were told they fixed it.(brewed more).

Got lunch for me and my co-workers through the drive-thru today, I had a list of items I needed and as a former food service worker any larger order through the drive-thru is just annoying, so I always use an extra bit of kindness and tolerance for rude, short workers since I've been in that same position and that's usually what you get! TO MY SURPRISE, JT and their co-worker I believe it was Don, or Dawn, or Daug (they had awesome blue/green hair) were kind, fast, efficient and helpful! They made my day better and easier! It's insane where being kind and understanding to everyone gets you and they've got it! They would both succeed wherever they go with that mindset, so be extra grateful for their work they put in! On top of good service as normal, I couldn't connect my laptop to the WiFi to work so I asked the manager and he was kind enough to reset the router, and come out to check if I was able to connect (I was). I really appreciated that.

At first, I was a bit frustrated as my Panera delivery was 40 minutes late and my order was supposed to arrive for a scheduled office meeting. As I walked into the Wixom Panera and asked to speak with the manager; Michael greeted me kindly, listened to my concern, and was extremely professional in explaining that he had just had 3 employees walk out and another not show. I explained to him that I was also under stress and we quickly worked together to fix the problem. I was very impressed with how Michael handled the situation and left Panera satisfied. Thank you Michael for being an understanding person and offering a solution to make it right, even as you were under stress! I appreciated it!

Been coming here for years and I've always had very good service and high-quality food. Yesterday came through the drive-thru and got a sandwich and they forgot to put the egg on it. I was in a hurry so didn't have time to deal with it. Came back this morning ordered the same sandwich, and simply let them know that the egg was missing yesterday. They immediately apologized up and down and said that my meal today was free and offered me coffee and anything else as well. Great customer service and highly recommend!

I stop here frequently and it's always a pleasant visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. They deliver to my office, which is a nice bonus, and I've never had any issues with them screwing up an order. The rapid pick-up option has always been a positive experience, and they also have a drive-thru at this location, which is convenient.

The employees make the food correctly every time, they're courteous and nice, and they're all following the mask protocol correctly. Customer/employee safety and customer service are both high priorities here.

I definitely recommend this place as a safe place to go out to eat right now!

Myself and my family's been coming to Panera bread in Novi since the day they open never had a bad experience. Best Panera bread in the state. 🍻

Changed my review again.... How is it possible to be out of ham for more than three weeks?

Upped my review to 4 stars, things are getting better. Air conditioner is at a good temp again, the coffee is full, and the condiments are always full. Keep it and I'll go back to 5 stars again.

Changed my review from 5 stars to three... This place is starting to go down hill. They are often out of coffee at the coffee bar, the air conditioner is always set to meat locker, they are often out of condiments (salt or pepper), on many days my food sits on the counter while the staff is doing who knows what.
The food is still good though.

Busy Panera location, but I was waited on quickly with a friendly smile. Got table service, which the Panera by my house does not have. My soup was hot and the rest of the order was correct and delicious. When I finished eating, the table was bussed for me, which is another nice aspect of this Panera. In total, I was in and out in under half an hour. Great for a day when I was in a hurry!
