Dakota at the Chillicothe store is the best! Always so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. David helped me recently too and was very nice and explained everything. Great customer service!

The associate greeted me instantly and began the process of getting my new phone set up. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The associate was very friendly.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an associate, Dakota. He was very friendly and competent. He kept me updated through every step and answered all of my questions no matter how silly. Although my issue took some time to resolve, he made me feel like he was happy to be working with me and that made me feel really valued as a customer. His service is one of the main reasons I am happy I switched to AT&T from my previous carrier.

Customer service was exceptional. Wish I could remember the boys name, but know his family. He made the process so quick, easy and painless and was full of helpful information and ability to answer all questions the best.

Dakota Flowers was the representative that helped us at your store yesterday. Wow! What a wonderful person. He actually made our experience fun!!! Myself and my kids literally had the best time because of him. He took care of everything we needed and was very thorough. He had a great personality. Very happy customers here because of him. Today I had the pleasure of working with Dakota Flowers, and I couldn’t be happier that he was the person to greet me at the door. Not only was he very helpful with getting my phone upgraded, he also made sure I was able to get all the accessories I needed for my phone (and then some) with an installment plan for them on my account! Aside from being great at his job, he was very personable and easy to relate to! It was really nice to feel like I was more than just another customer, he treated me like a friend.

I brought my mom in today with issues with her phone. I was expecting to get someone who wouldn't be helpful and had attitide. Instead we got to meet Dakota Flowers. He was so helpful and had us laughing with him on all the apps my mom had installed on her phone. He said he had never seen anything like it. We laughed while he did his thing and got mom's phone working like a charm. I'm seriously thinking about switching to ATT. Great customer service. Thank you.

Worked with Dakota Flowers and he is very friendly as well as very knowledgeable. Had a wonderful experience, we were with them for a few hours, setting up 4 new phones and he saved us a ton of money! Would definitely recommend AT&T!!!

Our experience on AT&Ts end was amazing. Specifically a store worker named trey. Such a sweet employee and the patience of a god. We were struggling to get my previous phone unlocked and he was the biggest help he could be and dealt with me and my mother for 3+ hours and did not once get tired. Super big help and made things as easy as he could.

I came in to check out what this carrier had to offer. (I'm currently with sprint but am exploring my options.) I was greeted with smiles and a very kind gentleman with a solid can do attitude (can't recall the name). But he was kind, courteous and didn't just treat me like a potential sale. I felt cared for and I'm not even a customer yet. The store was clean and well put together, minor issue with a smell in one corner, but it went away (probably someones toot).

I haven't made up my mind about switching carriers just yet, but at least I know if I choose at&t I'll have a fantastic customer service and store reps here locally. Also the long haired short fellow smelled great, way better than the corner. Dressed nice too (although it's a uniform I'm sure but he pulls it off well)

Alec (super nice and fun) and his manager, (lovely, helpful woman) were incredibly kind, unbelievably positive, and altogether easy to talk to. They made me feel so welcome, and didn’t leave any question unanswered. I’ve had a stressful day but their attitudes and complimentary personalities took all of my stress and just wiped it away. Knowledgeable, upbeat, and so entertaining, they solved my problems and guided me through how to do what came next. Alec, thank you so much for making this simple, mundane task a great, fun experience! If I do leave AT&T, it will never be because of the customer service.

I came in to this AT&T store looking to get my brother a new phone. I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for. I was helped by a rep named Dakota. Dakota asked me a few questions about our needs in a phone and then made a recommendation. He explained the plans they offered clearly and I had a full understanding of what I was signing up for. My brother is loving his new phone. 100% would recommend to a friend or family!

I stopped in hoping to get a new phone case to replace the broken one and Alec graves worked with me so cordial and pleasant very positive experience. He was so thorough and very engaging and he took care of all my needs so quickly and was able to really work with me to get the best deal. I am grateful and though I live in Logan and usually go to the Lancaster store if Alex is working he’s your guy I want to be in Chillicothe
