I have not had the best service coming to this establishment over the last few years, between employees with major attitude problems, and this location never seeming to have any staples in stock, it's been last on my list of go-tos around town. But we were in a pinch this evening for a quick dinner, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm very thankful that I did, as a newer worker, Janine, far surpassed my expectations and blew the previous not-so-great customer service out of the water. She was incredibly friendly, the line was cleaner than I've seen it in years, and it was fully stocked. I'm very impressed with her customer service skills and how the store was being managed. 10/10 Janine! :)

The kids working here are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Restaurant is always clean and welcoming. Food is always fresh at this location.

The staff is fantastic. I eat here exclusively during my 4day work week in thurmont. The signature wraps are my jam! Carrie and Charlie are absolutely fantastic!!!!😁

Joe! Employee of the month!! He is so helpful, and speaks very clearly through the mask. He helped me so much! I love this establishment and i go here every week!!
