Purchase of Silverado in August 2018, understand there are 2 evaluations here. First Sales Staff, Michael Boyce is GREAT!! No pressure, gets the answers to the question I had. If he didn't know off the top, he looked them up to ensure I had proper information.

NOW!! We get to the Finance Manager... / GM Financing and processing the sale.. Asked on 3 occasion over the phone for the rates he could do... Never gave an answer, until sitting in front of him.. then leaves out some important factor.. ie... monies over payment, do not go to principal unless you call every month to get ticket submitted. otherwise payment rolls to next month payment... equals they get to charge more interview... Now dealing with GM Financial.. just until I shift... NEVER EVER Again!!! Next time If dealing with GM Financial... I'll buy a RAM or FORD..
